    Great hotel for couple days in Pisa

    Pros: Great value for money and perfect location. Within walking distance to all major tourist attractions and restaurants, while also being located on a quite street.
    Cons: The walls weren't quite thick so we could hear the neighbours talking. The kitchen was under renovation so there was no breakfast and no kitchen facilities were available.

    Perfect for a short stay!

    Pros: Great location near to bars/restaurants and the tower. Walkable from the station or a short taxi ride. Staff were very helpful and theres space to store luggage.
    Cons: Room was ok but slightly small and dated.

    Pros: Personnels are all very kind and helpful. Location is great.
    Cons: Wifi had been down during the whole stay. Staying at the lobby for wifi will draw a lot of mosquitoes. One morning shower water was not hot.

    Very Poor

    I would NOT recommend this hotel. The staff were good, but that is all that was good.

    Pros: The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location. The staff were very pleasant, but everything else was below par.
    Cons: There was not hot water for showers, the beds were very uncomfortable, the toilets had to be flushed multiple times to work, no WiFi in the room.

    Cons: I Arrived at approx 9.30 pm the room had a used toilet and dirty towels it was clearly overlooked. I went to reception to tell her and she said she would have to see with her own eyes what my complaint was! So she saw and moved me up the next floor. The shower door was hanging off and this dust lingered between the wardrobe and the wall under the bed had seen better days as well.Dusty and an unkempt room, I personally would not return to this hotel it was not value for money and the night woman staff was grumpy and not a happy person. When booking out in the morning the staff at desk were very nice. All in all I won't be back

    wont be staying there again.

    Pros: It was a bed for the night. Its about 20-25 minutes walk to the station if you have luggage to pull along. 5 euros now on the Pismover to the airport. Found a nice restaurant nearby for a good enjoyable evening meal. Staff had tried to ring for taxis on many occassions through the afternoon and evening but there were none and apparently no answer from the taxi firms.
    Cons: I understood breakfast was included when i booked but was told at the hotel on arrival that they stopped doing breakfast and it was not included. You can go to a local cafe for 5 euros apparently. The street was very noisy with people shouting through the early hours of the morning so was woken up several times. I would feel uneasy walking aroud there in the dark on my own. The bathroom smelt of sewers. No information in the room for guests, so had no info about accessing the wifi.
