    Pros: Good location with the Parking in front of the hotel. The entrance of the hotel is not nice but the rooms are clean and big. Very good system of heating. Wifi is perfect. Breakfast was very nice with bread, croissants, etc. I asked for gluten-free and lactose-free diets for my husband and the hotel gave us everything! The breakfast room is cosy and very well decorated (with a beautiful view of the square).The staff is very kind and very supportive. Next time in Pau, I will be there again.

    Pros: Good stay. Staff was very friendly (spoke English) and made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Room appeared to have been updated. It was very clean with a comfortable bed. Absolutely great location in the heart of town. A mere 15 minute walk (or quick ride on the town's funicular) to the train station.
    Cons: The exterior electric shutter was broken and blocked the upper 3/4 of the window. Outlets only at the desk and none near the bed.
