    Quiet and comfortable accommodation at the beach on Arcachon Bay.

    Pros: Close to the beach. Decent view of the bay from our upper level room. Very comfortable bed. Refrigerator provided. Decent size. Quiet. The outdoor balcony has a small table and two chairs. It was nice to have some morning coffee and watch the sunrise.
    Cons: Like many accommodations in France, there is not a complete curtain or barrier to prevent water from pooling on the floor during a shower. Also, the bathroom shown in the photos for the room type we booked was larger and nicer than the unit we received.

    Pros: Nice beachfront location, very clean. Wonderful area.
    Cons: Parking is inconvenient and an extra charge. You have to return to garage key after you leave the garage, and there's no place to park when you do. Breakfast was not wonderful. We walked down the road to a nice cafe and sat outside.

    Pros: A good room is really quite pleasant
    Cons: When we arrived, having booked an upgraded room with sea view, the room we were given A/C didn't work and was small and tired. I questioned the A/C not working with the staff, this was a known fault and only in this room they offered me an instant discount, so they knew it was an issue and deliberately gave me a room not fit for purpose. After some discussions, they found us an alternative which was very pleasant.

    Comfortable hotel at the beachfront

    Pros: Wonderful breakfast and nice set-up, very friendly staff, clean room, right at the beachfront, quiet despite being located between restaurants and hotels, comfortabel beds.
    Cons: Family room was quite small, bathroom even more so, no ventilation in the small bathroom hence both rooms got a bit damp,

    Pros: The place is bit outdated. But the rooms and the decorations were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Nice and helpful employees. Location right in the center at the beach. Parking spaces are under the hotel.

    Lovely hotel, great location, lovely breakfast and great staff

    Pros: Location was brilliant. Breakfast was good and staff were really friendly. Any questions or issues were resolved quickly and professionally.
    Cons: The charger for our toothbrush and shaver was broken so could use my electric toothbrush or shaver for the entire week. It couldnt be fixed and that was a minus.

    Wonderful

    I had a pleasant stay.

    Pros: Location is top notch and the accent colors used in the room are a nice touch. The staff was also very nice and attentive. The bay window is also a nice addition, but it was kind of difficult to open the glass door that separated it from the room...
    Cons: There was only one guest elevator to use, so sometimes a line can form in front of it. Also the cafe beneath/beside the hotel had the kitchen door adjacent to the hotel entrance, so if you left the hotel in the afternoon/evening and turned left to head to the beach you got hit by a blast of the smell of the frying oil they were using in the kitchen, which was pretty heavy and even in just a couple of seconds can stuck in your clothes, so you carry it with you for the rest of the day...
