Great location, great hotel, great staff. Hope to be back!

Pros: Beach location, staff, spotless,pool and lots more. Probably never been in a hotel with staff as good as this one, everyone always seem to have a smile and so friendly and helpful.

Cons: Not much! Bar seemed very expensive compared to most places. Could do with a few glasses and couple of plates in the rooms.

Pros: We love this place. Location is excellent. On the beach front. Bedroom @ bathroom are spacious. Cleanliness to the extreme. Wonderful service. Breakfast and bar snack food excellent - didnt try dinner there. Friendly staff.

Pros: We stayed in September'23, myself & husband & loved everything about Las Costas. Beautiful Hotel, very friendly staff & a plus being located right on the beach. We stayed in a sea view room, plenty of space & facilities were great. Breakfast was good, lots of choice & they had barrys tea bags ha ha. We didn't have dinner. One day we had lunch & it was ok. There is such a choice of restaurants close by that we went out everyday. Oh a special mention to the 2 guys we got massages from they were amazing, never had a massage like that before, would highly recommend this service.

Cons: The one day we did go to the pool bar for lunch we didn't enjoy the food. The fried fish was well done. One staff member was quiet rude & just seemed like she didn't want to be there. Apart from that everything else was perfect :)

Pros: The setup of the hotel and friendly staff. Can't fault the food quality but we only stayed 2 nights. Cocktails at the bar, best we have ever had.

Cons: Sunbeds, get up early or you will miss the ones in the sun. Been to better gym's

Pros: have to say we had no complaint with any service and not alone that but the early morning flight we had was no problem to the staff having the breakfast room open and full of fresh food. Staff could not be any more helpful. Pool, sauna all top class. Also had a massage and the guy that done the massage was first class and excellent at his job and gave me a great experience.

Cons: If i had to pick one thing it would be that you had to order and pay for water as none was provided at evening meal. But that is not a real issue and for us it was just the way thing were as lots of water for breakfast.

Pros: Beautifully clean spacious calm hotel situated right next to the golden beach of Los Pocillos. Excellent location. 10 mins walk to the heart of Puerto del Carmen where you will find so many great bars and Restaurants. Wheelchair friendly throughout with sloping paths to access all levels of the main hotel. Some of the slopes are more steep than others though but was no problem at all for me in my powered wheelchair. There are accessible rooms available too. There is a lift at the main entrance (from the road down) to reception. There are 2 extra ways in and out too, one being a back door right onto the beach promenade. Great selection at breakfast. Felt spacious and very relaxed. Pool has a gentle slope in too, which is great.

Pros: Fabulous hotel, in great location where the staff were exemplary, the cleanliness was exemplary, the food was exemplary, and the facilities were exemplary. I'm going back next year. The only downside for us were the pillows !

Pros: Lovely quiet location right beside the beach yet lots of activity around lovely restaurants close by fantastic walks in either direction. Place was spotless staff great, nice clientele no noise at night 10/
