Great location for a short break

Pros: The location is perfect and central. The breakfast and the terrace were lovely and the staff was great and very helpful. Also they provided good gluten free options during breakfast upon request. We also liked the fact that your luggage will be delivered to your room since we left the luggage there as we arrived earlier than the check in time.

Cons: The triple room was a bit too small for 3 people and it only had 1 window. Also the hotel shares a reception desk with another hotel round the corner (only a couple of minutes away).

Cons: Very poor customer experience, when you arrive at the property there is no on site reception, you need to check in at another hotel which is not per the advertising. Our access cards were terminated so we could not access the hotel in between our stay, the service to restore this access was incredibly poor and unfriendly. The overall hotel room was extremely hot, not sufficient air ventilation which did not help. The room we were placed in looked nothing like advertised. The wifi facility is extremely poor, disconnects every few seconds. The location whilst central is located near dumpsters where there can be extreme noise in the middle of the night which woke us up multiple times during the night. The breakfast included is not worth it, most the items were stale, only coffee was okay. Upon check-out they incorrectly wanted to bill for water we didnt consume as well. This place was definitely not worth the value to say the least, Id advise against booking here as it was a very unpleasant stay

Enjoyable and good location, but need to address the things listed that I did not like.

Pros: Very clean, free wifi, good friendly staff, excellent location and breakfast was good with barista coffee. Easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, where you will find a lot of restaurants and tourist shops.

Cons: The room was very small, and I could accept this if the other things I am about to mention were addressed. No on site concierge, you have to check-in and check-out at another hotel that is around the corner in another street. This can be a pain if you are carrying luggage. If you want to leave luggage, you have to take it to the other hotel. They were not very accommodating for early check-in. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which is very big negative in my view. The fridge was not stocked with anything other than two bottles of water, but there is a price list for drinks that are not stocked there. There is a small shop that sells wines and drinks next door but it is a rip off.

Pros: Very simple, but quite enough breakfast with nice view. Great location. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel (we like the price/quality ratio). Lots of my friends also stayed here on my recommendation, first of all because of the location. The staff answers all the questions very quickly

Pros: The location was good, walking distance to Trevi and other key sites. Breakfast was average and the room far too small for the cost. I wouldn't be back there. The check in has to be done in another hotel nearby.

Cons: The size of the room, very claustrophobic and inadequate, very expensive. It is also rather noisy. I wouldn't recommend it.

Pros: - Great breakfast on the beautiful rooftop terrace - Hotel location is just perfect, 3 minutes from the Trevi Founten/Spanish steps and shopping area. - Public transport is also very close (buses, metro) - hotel staff was very nice

Cons: - 3 person-room was way too small for 3 adults, the size of the bed was OK but the space within the room was not engough to move around much - bathroom was outdated, the tub was basically moving - room was a little noisy (from the street)

Was perfect and would be making contact to stay again next time we stay in Rome

Pros: Location was perfect! Half way between Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The rooftop terrace was beautiful day and night and breakfast staff were so polite and professional. We would definitely stay again! Most guests we spoke to were returning for a second or third time.

Cons: Only small criticism was having a bath only. Sides of bath were very high and had to take care when getting in and out of bath.

Disappointed, did not enjoy my birthday, and honestly upset I paid so much

Pros: Breakfast was fantastic.

Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable; there two smaller mattresses fitted into a queen frame, so the separation was terrible. The shower drain was clogged and water kept pooling and overflowing. I noticed bugs, including roaches in the room. The wifi never worked and unfortunately I didnt have cell signal, so very unfortunate deadzone!!!
