Cons: Check in process!!! 1. I told the staff when I would be there. I was there early yet no body showed up. Ironically I saw a person walk toward me and thought great, here they are yet they walked right past me and walked up the street. After about 10 minutes of waiting I walked to a local coffee shop just to use wifi, as I have no cell service when I travel. So need to find wifi when I can. So emailed the the property, got a response a little bit later and said they were there. So walked back, front door was opened and lugged my bags up the stairs to the office. While in the office I was very surprised, the gal that walked past me in the street and kept walking was there, in the office. Part of the staff I guess getting an afternoon espresso was more important then opening the door for a customer! It was obvious as I had a duffle bag and back pack on and standing in front of their door. 2. No elevator, and this place had a lot of steps So if ya book this place, be in shape

Pros: A good location handy to train and bus stations. Only had one evening meal there which was very good and a reasonable price. Staff were helpful.

Cons: Thought the breakfasts could have been better with the provision of cheese/meats etc which are provided in most Sicilian hotels.

Reasonable value for money. Adequate for one night stay

Pros: Pleasant and adequate but nothing special. Hotel is old and decor is dated. The room was an OK size and the bed was comfortable enough though a little firm in places. The bathroom was small, and there was little room to hang towels. Air conditioning worked fine. Breakfast was good, though servers did not follow our requests as made on checkin. Staff were pleasant and helpful. A short walk to town where you can find shops and restaurants.

Cons: Tiny shower cubicle. Shower head was not fitted properly and water sprayed over the top of cubicle onto window beside it. Parking is onsite but charged 10 euro to use it.

stay one night if no alternative- shabby

Pros: good location for the train station. staff were helpful in letting us have breakfast at 7am rather than 7.30am as we had train to catch

Cons: toilet seat cracked shower head was dirty - hadnt been cleaned in ages blanket wasnt clean pillow was v lumpy bathroom decor was turquoise plastic stuck in 1970s room was 1980s shabby
