    Pros: Gabriella and Carlos were great - always smiling and very helpful! Great location next to great bars and restaurants in Tulum city centre. Free water dispenser outside our room was a much appreciated touch! The ladies at breakfast were lovely!
    Cons: More amenities in the room e.g. coffee/ kettle would be helpful. Also more spacious rooms!

    Pros: Kin ha tulum was the perfect staying in tulum. Closer To some places to have a beer, however if you have a car you can Park in the front of the hotel. Staff was really nice and suggest us more bar cose to the beach! (very nice!)

    Clean and welcoming in good location in center of Tulum Town.

    Pros: Our room was sparkling clean and very welcoming. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! Gabriela and the other staff were all warm and helpful, especially when my teenage son got locked out of his room ;) I enjoyed hearing the sounds of city life around us, but it was not noisy, and there are lots of nice cafes--including two delicious vegan cafes right across the street--and a wonderful bar with live music one block away. The interior garden is lovely and the rooftop breakfast wonderful. We enjoyed sitting up there at night looking at the stars as well.
    Cons: My husband and I loved our room, which was bright and spacious and located toward the back of the hotel. However, my mother was in a darker and smaller side room and was a little disappointed to not have windows. I would recommend asking for a larger room toward the back.

    Nice setting, average facilities.

    Pros: Good location in the city center of Tulum, close enough, but not noisy. The garden and the rooftop are beautiful. Helpful staff.
    Cons: The rooms are way too basic, you just get 4 walls and a bed (and AC and bathroom sure...). A fridge would do and some amenities to sit on. You really go there to sleep only, nothing else possible. The breakfast is a half hearted poor thing, we were really disappointed ... No options, small portions, like 2 toasts with butter and some fruits and a small handful of granola (no cheese, eggs or ham, nothing substantial). You get away hungry.

    convenient, friendly, cute, but not super efficient

    Pros: location is super central, a few blocks from many bars and restaurants and some shops. friendly staff, they let us do a late check in and a late check out with no additional cost. parking always available.
    Cons: the breakfast included is not customizable, they just give you a plate of what they have available on that day. but you can't ask any modifications (example they decide which fruit they give you that day). also not great quality. only one set of towels. for toilet paper and hair dryer you need to ask at the reception.

    Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Focused on making our stay comfortable and easy. Great breakfast and a nice rooftop. Room was spacious and nicely lit.

    Lovely place to stay in a downtown Tulum neighborhood

    Pros: Lovely rooftop deck where a delicious breakfast is served; also theres a covered couch area up there you can hang out in day or night (lighted) and nearby sun loungers. Lots of local restaurants you can easily walk to. Off the main roads. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice landscaping.
    Cons: Bathroom is fairly small.
