Good value for money.

Pros: Closeness to the man street in town. The helpfulness and friendly manner of the staff. Especially Selva and the night manager.

Cons: Pool was a little cold.

Pros: Its a beautiful place right in the center of town. There were plenty of outdoor space to hang out with the family. The restaurant and its service was 5 stars. The waiters and rest of staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Pros: Great location and nice facilities. The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating.

Cons: This was the second time at the location and I would still return despite some issues. On two days water pressure was almost nonexistent and there was no hot water. If this was a one-off that would be one thing but it happened on two of the days at different times. Also,the breakfast was just ok and they REALLY need to do something about the coffee. It was lime warm river water. Its not too difficult,t to make a decent cup of coffee.

Pros: It was super close to Caracoless street , the staff was really nice, the place was clean. Great food for breakfast time they have natural juice, and they even give you an option of pic-nic breakfast in case you cant attend to the buffet early in the morning. I definitely recomend it

Pros: Perfect location at the end of the main streetloved the feel of the property and set up. Sort of bungalos within a hotel. Bfst amazing and so nice of them to set out a bag bfst for the Geiser or Rocks tour you came for and depart 6am

Cons: That pool you see is freezing, can sit by it but probably wont usethat hot tub next to it broken.

Pros: San Pedro de Atacama is a small, dusty desert town. Hotel Kimal is not -- it is an oasis in the desert. The property is clean, well-maintained, safe, and conveniently located. The restaurant on-premises is welcoming and of excellent quality, including the small but well-chosen selection of drinks.

Cons: We visited during the winter, so could not use the pool facilities which looked like they would be refreshing in the summertime heat.

Pros: great hotel, beautiful rooms, definitely the best (and freshest) breakfasts available and great onsite restaurant for dinner too.

Cons: Some bungalows back onto some of the live music venues on the Main Street so there is a live concert for you each night. definitely bring some ear plugs if that would bother you. still though fab place in the desert.

Superb hotel in an amazing place

Pros: The design of the hotel and rooms was very in keeping with the location and an ideal 2min walk from the main street. We did the hotel transfer from Calama airport which was pretty expensive but bus options appeared limited. Welcome drink on arrival. Pretty good breakfast selection. Pool was ridiculously cold though, more for show, and had to pay for jacuzzi so didn't try it. The massages across the road which are part of the hotel were really good and the pool area there was better to relax in afterwards.

Cons: Our room was close to the road so early morning tour vans were annoying with ear plugs. The gas fire was also put on every evening when we were out for dinner, so room was a bit stuffy (we always turned off as soon as we got back).

Perfect place to stay in San Pedro

Pros: It was the perfect location to the main strip of town. The property is very quaint and very well kept and maintained. The rooms themselves were very cute. We really appreciated the hotel packing us a take away breakfast when we had an early start. I would love to stay here again.

Loved the aesthetic

Pros: Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, very well located. Unlike the whole San Pedro de Atacama anti-tourist vibe which we felt during our stay, Sevla, the receptionist, gave us the warmest welcome. The room was comfortable and came with a fridge and mini bar and a cute patio outside. Wifi signal was good. Breakfast can be given packed (sandwich, yoghurt, apple, nuts, brownie, juice) if requested in advance (this is so good for those with early departures). We really enjoyed the food and drinks at the restaurant, prices are quite reasonable, compared to some restaurants in the main street. Breakfast included eggs, bread, ham, cheese, cereals and some sweet pastries. There is also a small pool and jacuzzi for common use. I liked their environmental approach to towel washing.

Cons: The only downsides were: 1. Parking availability is limited so key car must be left at reception. In the evening the car may sometimes be moved to a location elswhere by a member of staff depending on what time you will be using it the next day. To be fair, they really handled our requests in advance well and we always found our car ready for use. 2. No AC in the room, only fan. We visited in the beginning of April, which is the start of fall and the room was too warm so in summer it is definitely unbearable.
