Antibes is our new favourite place. We loved it here and will definitely be coming back.

Pros: We found that our room was very clean, spacious and had a lovely small balcony with a sea view. We loved having a small fridge in the room also, to keep our drinks & chocolate cool. We found the bed was very comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. A sandy beach is located just opposite the hotel and the old town of Antibes is a mere 10 min walk. A lovely vibrant town. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend to others.

The hotel needs to improve its humidity problems on the ground floor.

Pros: The Hotel is placed in an excellent location.

Cons: Our room was located in the lower part of the hotel. These rooms have a very clear problem of capillarity and humidity due to the proximity of the sea and the type of construction. In the entrance hallway there was a dehumidifier running all day and night. The room was extremely humid to the point that it was not advisable to stay there. The next morning we reported the problem to the staff, who told us that they were sorry but we should have told them the night of our arrival. I am very sorry but it is unacceptable. The responsibility that the rooms should be dry is the Hotel's! Never the customer's. After reading previous comments it is a problem that the Hotel know they must solve and it is unacceptable that the customer is told that they must complain to get a better room.

Pros: Lovely hotel, great location and friendly staff. Close to a lovely eat-in bakery, beaches, short walk both to the old town or Juan les Pins, depending on which direction you chose. The main bedroom was fantastic with plenty of storage, tea/coffee facilities, amenities etc. And both rooms had lovely big balconies. Loved the bathroom too with its very powerful walk-in shower!

Cons: We had booked the suite as there 3 of us but I felt it was more of a family room than a suite. The 2nd bedroom, while I appreciate it may be used more for kids, had nothing apart from a TV and small table. It badly needed a few shelves and a chest of drawers to make it more comfortable. We couldnt really unpack properly as there was literally nowhere to put anything. Perhaps it wasnt fully finished yet?

Cons: No garden off our room to sit in. When I booked I assumed we were getting somewhere to sit outside of our room.

Pros: Everything was clean. The people were helpful. Breakfasts were great. THE BEACH IS 150 FEET ACROSS THE STREET.

Cons: They have metal lights and metal book holder RIGHT ON THE BED HEADBOARD. I hit my head on it multiple times. There is plenty of room to move to the side or up. This needs to be fixed for customers safety. If any of the staff tried to sleep, they would understand. IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. Otherwise, the place was great.

Pros: Location was good for beach lovers. Secure parking was good. Room was large and but we did have a 2 bedroom suite so this was expected, it was clean. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and well organised. We stayed in room 36

Cons: The outside patio area was right on the road, this we felt could have been better screened, as there was no view of the beach anyway from the front patio this wouldnt have mattered. The patio area was also very untidy with lots of weeds coming through making it not a very pleasant place to sit. Furniture on the room balcony was old and stained and the balcony needed re-painting. It is quite a long walk to the old town if youre not a beach lover. There was a drain smell in the room when we arrived, this was due to part of the shower waste being missing, they did sort this out but it took 2 days.

Cons: Room was on lower level and had a little bit of damp odour to it. Would tak erooms on upper level next time
