    the city is nice, but our accommodation was overpriced and we had to throw away food.

    Pros: it was comfortable BUT we had booked the suites with use of the kitchen, but were told we could not use the kitchen, even if we paid extra. Booking.com is at fault here, in not making it clear that use of the kitchen is only available for a 4 night stay. The hotel staff told us to take it up with booking.com.
    Cons: the inability to use the kitchen. This was not made clear when booking and so we had not budgeted for meals out. We were not even able to pay extra to get the kitchen, it was refused. Also, the pictures on bookig.com show a roof terrace, but this is misleading as it was not available for ordinary guests only conference or events. So, even though the weather was good, there was no place to sit outside and relax. This is poor and we feel we were mislead when booking.

    Excellent staff, good food, lovely room and the local area was nice. 20 min walk into the centre.

    Pros: Very clean and pleasant, lots of space, loved that there was a separate storage area for my bike and one to build and service it too!

    Cons: Booked online, policy on pets not mentioned until we arrived at the hotel. Only allow dogs up to 7 kilos???? And cost 25 euros per dog, and two thousand euro deposit during stay!!! Disgusting ......

    Very poor and expensive stay. Will not return or recommend.

    Pros: Spacious.
    Cons: For self catering accommodation it was very poorly provided for. Had to request kitchen appliances that were supposedly included. Potential charge for using cooker. Toiletries were listed as being free, but according to hotel staff, only on arrival. Expectation that things like shampoo would at least have some content - no, empty. Views listed as city or garden, ours was of a building site. Room adjacent to a busy road that was sleep disturbing.

    Nice but next time another Hotel.

    Pros: Nice room / appartment.
    Cons: Its unbelievable for me when you are marketing yourself as a sporthotel, that on the evening before the Ironman there is a rooftop party witjh life loud music whereas all the tri-atletes have to wake up,at 0500. This hotel costs during Ironman more than 200 euro a night which is in my opiniom out of proprortion. But never the less staff all very friendly and helpfull.

    Pros: Nice big room, with living area. Big windows, lots of lights. Simple breakfast. Clean and comfortable beds. Helpful staff at the reception. Liked weekend breakfast.
    Cons: No kettle in the room. For our longer (5 nights) stay we had to walk minimum 20 min to get a cuppa. One of the waitress who was also cooking breakfast used far too much oil, so your scramble or fried eggs were soaked in oil. Even the most of the rooms have kitchen (like an apartment) the 30 charge for everyday is a bit too much. We had breakfast included in our 5 days deal price, but our friends payid 20 each for the breakfast that really didn't worth as much money.
