Cons: Staff was rude on the last day, flooded car park lifts were out of order when we were checking out so had to take all stuff by ourself from the staircase without any help from staff. When we asked to help us they keep saying we cannot. My shoe got ruined while taking my car out of the car park. I have a. Video not photo so I can share.

Cons: All the carpets on the floor is full of stains. Halls of the hotel smell like foot and rotten. Quite far away to cintura centre. There is not even a mini bar in the room. no A/C nothing special

Cons: Our safe was broken and after alerting the hotel staff, they didn't fix it. The hotel shop is extortionate, 3.50 for a bottle of water. We ended up not using it as a result. Location isn't great, but we knew that before we arrived.
