    Nice stay not far from old town

    Pros: The location is very convenient and is not far from the old city. The staff is very friendly and is always ready to help! The room for 4 persons is nice and quite large. The parking place was quite convenient to use
    Cons: The only one complain that we may have is the pillows. For most of us they were inconvenient.

    Great place to stay

    Pros: Excellent staff. They were professional, very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean and well appointed room with a small pretty balcony so we could sit outside for a coffee. It was great to find a hotel that had a guest laundry! Good location close to a tram but not noisy. Some lovely eateries closeby.
    Cons: The room was pretty small with 2 large suitcases but we managed!

    Pros: The room is spacious for 4 of us and good to have one double bed and 2 single beds. I like the big shower area and plenty of space for us to hanging clothes in outside the shower room. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Last but not least, it locates in a quiet area and only few steps away from the tram stop, wonderful.
    Cons: Nothing.

    Small and good. That is what makes it great :)

    Pros: It is a nice little hotel with all the amenities you need. Location wise it is near the Hottinger square with the "Kunsthaus" nearby.

    Uncomfortable beds

    Pros: Good location, clean rooms, storage for suitcases after stay, good insulated windows to keep noise out, Breakfast was decent.
    Cons: The bed is too small for two people, the mattress is curved to the middle, the quilt was for a single bed, and with the pillows your head still lays on the mattress, whilst they are too wide for the bed. And the Aircon only works as a fan (so you have to open windows and listen to the outside noise, or be in a hot silent room)

    Would recommend Hotel Hottingen

    Pros: The size of the room, the ease of being able to get the tram outside and the staff. Overall a very good place to stay.
    Cons: The bed was too hard for my liking but many others wouldnt mind that. This is simply a preference.

    Pros: Martina was excellent! Nothing was too much effort for her and always smiling! Keep up the great work Martina! The coffee/tea/juice/ice station in the hotel lobby is a great touch! The room was clean and reasonably comfortable.

    Wonderful!

    Pros: Lovely room with fridge, kettle, aircon, en-suite and a comfortable bed. Could see the mountains in the distance from the window. Excellent location right by a tram stop. Very friendly and helpful staff.
    Cons: No complaints!
