Low key but glamorous feel...

Pros: Beautiful design , cosy and in a Brilliant area for mid town . Easy walk to everywhere but Peaceful room no noise from streets and friendly cheerful staff .

Cons: The shower was either boiling or freezing , but I never asked staff about it so we might have been doing something wrong . I think the roof bar wasn’t open which was a shame but temporary. I would recommend this hotel for sure .

Pros: Close to eateries and attractions.

Cons: They should have a vending machine with beverages and light snacks . The shower should have a full door, the bathroom floor gets messy when you are running the water . It is usually quiet , accept for sometimes when people are slamming their room doors or housekeeping is cleaning the rooms . When front house can they should be welcoming guests. That seems to be a hit or miss .

Pros: it’s a walkable distance from the downtown and the metra. the cleaning staffs are very nice

Cons: the heat doesn’t work as well. the breakfast are bad. there’s no slippers.

Pros: The Continental breakfast has a nice variety. Francesco makes the morning pleasant while guests are getting their breakfast . Location is close to transportation, restaurants and more. The hotel is intimate and for the most part quiet .

Cons: Sidewalk can be a little congested because it's in the floral district. Weekends can be a little noisy, there is a club on the corner .
