Cons: The parking was HORRENDOUS. If you have a taller vehicle good luck finding parking. They’ll make you try to park in spots a regular car would barely fit in. Very frustrating.

Cons: This was out first time there. We took our kids away for the night as it had been awhile. But being keep awake til almost 1am while there was a sports team on our floor that had children and adults running up and down the hallway, slamming doors, from the time we checked in at 4pm til I fell asleep at 1am..not only once did I call the front desk but twice. I believe that they were spoken to but it continued til I finally fell asleep around 1am. Is there not a hotel quite time policy? And if so why are your rules when guests are not obeying? I have never had this bad of a experience in a hotel..if we didn't drive 3 hrs to stay there we would have packed up and went home with disappointed children. The next morning I asked to speak to a manager and was asked why. I told the lady behind the desk and she was like"ya I heard of that happening" then continued to give me the managers card..

Pros: Was beautiful property, however the entry into the rooms for families was a bit cramped. We enjoyed it overall though

Cons: The staff at the restaurant were ignorant. Specifically a waiter with longer hair who basically yelled at us because our families came in and we all set together, then tells us we’re a group and we should have booked. He took 35 minutes to take any of our orders, and the food was very small portioned for the amount of money we were paying.

Cons: Pool area was warm but the water is so cold. Even for an adult i can't take the water temperature, what more for the kids. They think that making the room warm will get the water warm as well, but no, it's super cold. Had an incident with staff and room number during check in, gave me key and card, told me "your room is 156". Didn't even bother to look at the number written in the paper cause she told me 156. We went to the room, key card not working. Husband needs to go back and change key card with me and child waiting. Husband said 156 when asked what room is. Came back, still not working. Then someone suddenly went out of the room and said there might be a mostake because they are checked in for 3 days. Checked the paper, looks 156 but can be 154c, asked the staff is it "154 or 156" and she can't even answer what room number we are in. Husband went to room with staff and when i told her i heard you told me "156" she just said "ok" matter of fact. Not even a single ounce of compassion, the room 156 is far from 154, it is left and right wing. We have to carry all kids stuff, go through a ramp back, ramp to the room and it's the end of the hallway. With fatigue because of the travel, kid and luggages, a staff like her will not make guest satisfied. I mean, whoever fault it was, being treated like "i don't care what happened" is disheartening.
