Beautiful views of Manila Bay. Kind and efficient staff. Good restaurants in hotel.

Pros: Check in staff really kind and helpful--thank you Joanne who was so patient with all my questions! She is also so efficient. I loved my room with a great view over Manila Bay. I enjoyed the room service food. My second visit and I hope to visit again.

Pros: We loved our rooms. The aquarium was relaxing while the Bay View room is well-lighted, spacious and has a jacuzzi!

Cons: The pool was okay but nothing special. For the breakfast buffet, they should also offer a wide food selection for breakfast buffet.

Cons: - The price is too much high comparing with what they offered - The room was smelling like old and moldy the mirrors were dirty and cloudy - The bathroom and the furniture in the room are old and obsolete - I arrived at the hotel night Time, the place looked deserted no reception or service or elevator at the ground floor, reception at 3rd floor had to carry luggage on the front stairs - Breakfast expensive and not much variety - Maintenance noise in the morning

Bad experience at Hotel H20

Pros: The booking was smooth. Request to accommodate a banner for my daughter's birthday was granted. Room was better than expected or in the picture.

Cons: It was raining and the entrance was flooded. We left to have dinner outside and asked the 2nd gate where we exited if they would be open since the other gate is not passable and the attendant said yes. When we got back, 2nd gate was closed, flood was knee deep, and we couldn't risk passing our car through the main gate. Called the hotel and informed them of the situation, but the staff did not provide us with assurance that the gate could be opened for us and wanted us to pass the flood. I requested an update to be given since we were just waiting outside, hoping somebody would open the gate. Kept calling the hotel, unfortunately, it seems like they are no longer answering the hotel cellphone and the main landline. We were left in the dark, my daughter was already sleeping in the car, and it had been an hour. I decided to walk through the flood to get to the front desk, only to receive a call that, "guard has been waiting for a long time at the other gate" which was a complete lie.I was furious and asked why an update wasn't given and why my calls were not answered. And she said that there were many calls received. I responded that I felt offended that the priority of the hotel staff is new inquiries or what-not instead of their existing guest who have been outside, waiting to be assisted. It would have been a nice stay if not for this experience. Since my daughter has already experienced the aqua room, should we decide to have a staycation, Hotel H20 would no longer be a priority.

We checked out earlier instead staying more days . We booked another hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was cold and no variety to choose especially I am allergic with fish . Most of the foods were fish. I was really disappointed. The last time I booked 5 years ago the food , staff and facilities was superb .

Cons: The service was unprofessional ( front desk).
