Pros: The location is great.the size and cleanliness of the room especially washroom and bath is superb.

Cons: We should pay for the parking which is not likely.

Pros: Absolutely perfect location on the inner harbor. Staff very helpful. Rooms quite comfortably. Parking cost reasonable compared to Vancouver.

Cons: Parking. We were forced to either park on the street or pay valet because there was no parking underground or in overflow at another site. If your hotel doesn't have enough parking for guests, they shouldn't have to pay valet. The hotel should have covered the difference.

My stay was perfect and...

Pros: The restaurant was stunning and elegant. The staff from the front to the kitchen were always operating on the highest level of efficiency. I had 8 seperate experiences at the restaurant, therefore I must have interacted with (I believe) the majority of them. Both classy and cordial, the many different servers all displayed a refreshingly elevated level of pride in the menu! An astutely coordinated team!!! There is much more. Excellent bartenders with a fantastic knowledge of pairings regarding individual palates and top quality spirits. Kevin made my evening. A great conversationalist with a solid demeanor and fun insights. Room service was also great. Very prompt and thorough service. Each time, I enjoyed nothing short of professional delivery and placement of the perfectly prepared order in my room. Thank you all... kitchen, bar, and serving staff! My room was also very agreeable. A 1 bedroom suite. Great view of the inner harbor and the massive heritage buildings on Government st. Warf st. And Bellville st. The 7th floor floor view was stunning at night and in the day mesmerizing with architectural detail. King bed in the bedroom. Great living room space. Very private and enjoyable room with wich I have ZERO complaints of any sort!!

Cons: No pool or spa... under renovation. Weather was great in victoria regardless! I only had free time to use pool a small amount of time during my 2 week.stay.

Cons: The pool is being resurfaced and wont be ready for use until mid April. It wasnt easy to see on the website and our kids weee disappointed. They did give a $20 voucher and tickets to the local pool. We didnt go to the local pool. It wasnt convenient

Pros: Fathom restaurant had excellent food.

Cons: Reservation was incorrect. The room was 1.5 hours late in preparation. The room was filthy! You couldnt see out of the sliding doors. We overlooked a rooftop. Asked to speak to the manager - day 3 still no reply.
