    great value for money

    Pros: The staff fulfilled every single requests. The hotel feels safe, the rooms are comfortable, the historic building is beautiful and we were given a late check-out. The breakfast was delicious and taxis are able to get right in front of the hotel.

    Pros: The room was very spacious. Breakfast was ok. It was warm and close to most attractions. Note that if you can't walk 15' to the nearest metro you can always get a taxi for a minimum fare.

    I had a very pleasant...

    Pros: This hotel is very conveniently place in the centre of the city. My room was small, but comfortable, clean, and suited my needs. Breakfast was fine and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
    Cons: WiFi could have been a bit faster.

    Fab holiday at a fab...

    Pros: The hotel was only 30 mins drive from the airport and the hotel's location is very accessible to the city centre. You could literally walk around and see loads of places to eat/drink nearby. We especially love the cafe around the corner from our hotel called Eisles. Our hotel room was clean and very spacious with lovely high ceilings. The beds and pillows are very comfy. We had great nights sleep as it's very peaceful and quiet. The free breakfast had everything you need and is very substantial. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. I left a personal belonging after checking out and sent them a message if they could post the item to me and they did so with no bother. Very lovely people to deal with. I really appreciate them posting it to me. That was such a kind gesture. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Vienna. Perfect location and wonderful staff!
    Cons: There's nothing we didn't like. We had a lovely stay at the hotel.

    Cosy central and great value...

    Pros: Hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was plentiful. Room was spacious, warm and cosy for 3 people. Receptionist was lovely and helpful. Room was cleaned during our two night stay. Shower pressure was amazing and water was hot so definitely very good after walking so much. Lift was very quirky and brought you back to the 1920s. Loved the novelty.
    Cons: Would have enjoyed tea/coffee facilities in the room. There was a kettle but no coffee, tea, sugar. And would of been great to have some hair conditioner in the shower. Shower gel was provided. Would be great to provide a little bit of information in the room of various points around Vienna or even a little bit of the history of the hotel, we googled everything ourselves.
