We had great weather in October so everything was just great.

Pros: It is a charming place. It has own pool and (what we wanted) own golf course It has own restaurant It is close the heart of Burgundy

Cons: What is called sauna was rather disappointing (infrarot cabin)

Cons: Our room was a junior suite and everything was nice except the sofa bed which seemed like the cheapest type of ikea fold out bed with cushions that wouldnt sit properly and also was marked. When we asked for it to be removed they checked but never did replace it or remove it which was disappointing.

Pros: Excellent location for walking or cycling, just a few kilometres from the Canal de Bourgogne. Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great choice at the breakfast buffet and a very good restaurant in the vaulted dining room.

Pros: Spacious clean rooms, easy parking, plentiful breakfast. Dinner was ok, not outstanding.

Cons: The pool area was good but the chairs was a bit run down. We were staying on a Sunday so the pool was totally overrun by kids and not very pleasant to chill by. If I would stay again Id avoid the weekend/school holidays.

Pros: The golf course was lovely. Good breakfast. Very helpful reception staff. Very nice rooms opening onto the courtyard.

Cons: I didn't think the food in the restaurant was fantastic at night. Service very slow on the second night. Wines very expensive and noticeably more so than other chateaux and hotels we had stayed in on the trip

Pros: We had a wonderful spacious room with twin beds (our request). This room had a hall as an entrance, a separate toilet, a small living room (with a couch bed if needed), again a room with twin beds and a wonderful spacious bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Large towels, bathrobes for the both of us, slippers and pool towels were supplied, ready to use and we did not need to ask for them. The beds were very comfortable. A big plus for that! Usually the hotel beds are too firm, these were perfect for us. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room, as a minifridge and a minisafe. Our room was in the annex building on the second floor (no lift) under the roof. Nice, cosy and climatized. The staff were professional and polite. We felt very welcome. The parking area is large and private, only to be shared with guests who come to play golf. We do not play golf but start to consider as the surroundings of the chateau and golfcourse are so beautiful. The swimmingpool and tenniscourt met all expectations. No disappointments!! The bar was as you expect in a old chateau, A lot of woodwork, a huge fireplace and cosy. The staff again friendly and welcoming. The same counts for the restaurant. A cosy atmosphere, wonderful food and superb wines. Although the wines are a bit expensive. The spa area is located in the former cellars/ vaces and breathe atmosphere of the old days in stylish new high standards. Breakfast is complete, fresh orange juice, cappuccino on demand and everything you could wish for (croissants, sweet rolls, baguettes, eggs, etc etc). We will surely return. And then not for a stopover, but to spend the weekend. A weekend to be spoilt. We look forward to that one.

Excellent experience close to Canal de Bourgogne

Pros: Beautiful location, very well kept property, good swimming pool, excellent restaurant at reasonable prices, excellent breakfast.

Cons: Although close to the Canal de Bourgogne which is one of the most popular bicycle routes in France, not well equipped for bikers (no bike room, no facility to recharge your e-bike - you need to take your batteries to your room. Well, it's a golf hotel!

We enjoyed it and would recommend it but drink beer/ lager as so much cheaper

Pros: Clean and very comfortable. The chateau was fabulous as very authentic. Staff were great in the bar and restaurant.

Cons: Wine in restaurant was very expensive as over 70 euros The food prices was fine but a glass of wine was 19 euros so not great.

Pros: The exterior of the property is very beautiful and the parking was very convenient. The accommodation was reasonably priced.

Cons: The decor of our room was very dated.

A peaceful stay in a beautiful hotel.

Pros: Beautiful property in a peaceful location. Love the outside pool and the new spa is a great addition. Plenty of easy and safe parking. I liked the ease of loading and unloading luggage being able to pull out car up outside the room.

Cons: The air conditioning in our room was poor. It was officially working but we couldnt feel anything and it was a very hot day. We talked to reception and they quickly arranged for a fab which helped so good service to resolve but still disappointing about the air conditioning.
