    Cons: Aircon not working in room, location didn't feel safe at all and despite the friendliness of staff, I did not receive an invoice as requested despite promising they would send me an email, and after countless messages I still have not received any response back

    Cons: The location is a bit uncomfortable, a lot of homeless people around and a bit far from the main attractions of the city.

    Cons: The room size was OK but we could hear everything on the street, the ac was pathetic, the bed were terrible and there was a half drunk gatorade in the fridge upon arrival from the person before.

    Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable. The showers had plenty of hot water, the beds were comfortable, and the cleaning was each day.
    Cons: The location was in a very convenient being next to the train station, but this part of town is VERY rundown and dirty. It is also noisy at night due to the surrounding areas. The filthy area was a bit shocking, but if you need to be by the train station and are happy to pay less to not be in the cleanest location, then this is a good option. The hotel itself is nice and clean.

    Pros: We loved staying at Hotel Garibaldi. Great value for money and the breakfast was fantastic. The gentleman running the breakfast was absolutely lovely. He was friendly and so sweet interacting with our 8 month old. He was a real highlight

    Cons: Even though there were non-smoking rooms, it smells a lot of cigaretts. The noise in the street is not bearable.

    Would stay again, pleasant and conveniently located short stay in Naples.

    Pros: After a heavily delayed flight, as usual now with British Airways, to Naples the host very kindly stayed open later; and at no extra charge as some places do. The Hotel was very centrally located to the train stations and airport costing a reasonable 25 by taxi from the airport. The breakfast included was pleasant. I wouldnt have stayed more than one or two nights but did the perfect job for our time in Naples before heading to the Amalfi Coast.
    Cons: The facilities felt a little basic but then felt reasonable for the pricing. It is a little loud from the streets in the morning but then again to be expected given how centrally the hotel is located. If you have heavy luggage there is only stairs up to the rooms but again the host kindly helped us.
