Pros: Location was excellent, breakfast was good spread

Cons: Shower in our room was broken and wouldn't stay up when showering. Decor is a bit tired and could do with a bit of modernisation. But it was very clean and comfortable

Relaxing and nice hotel for night before flying home.

Pros: It's all about the proximity to the airport. Staff were helpful. No problem getting a taxi to the airport, even at 5am, which for Italy is amazing.

Pros: Close to airport and train station, Breakfast was good. Don't forget your coupon when you arrive. Outdoor covered patio for eating and meeting new people. AC worked good.

Cons: Mosquito's in my room. There was a long crack in the wall. Shower was small and closed together on a corner that did not shut completely. The blow dryer with hardly any heat was attached to the wall, which made it hard to reach your head. Super loud noises above and next to room. Hard wood floors with a heavy wooden chair that scraped loudly every time they moved. Kept me up all night. I believe it is not soundproof as advertised. Construction is going on behind the building during the day. Must insert pass entry key into slot by door to access lights. Outdated room, especially the bed covering. I was on a month long trip to multiple countries and stayed in over 13 hotels. This was my second least favorite. Sorry, but I actually booked 4 nights and had to leave the hotel before the 4th night as I was frustrated with the lack of sleep and painful mosquito bites.

Not great and expensive

Pros: Staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast included was really lovely. Cappuccino was fantastic and there was a wide selection of viennoiseries as well as savoury things to eat. The room was a reasonable size and Wi-Fi works really well.

Cons: This hotel seems like a relic of the early eighties and it shows, really needs a bit of love and cosmetic works done as it is incredibly outdated which clashes immensely with the price. Location is not great, from the reviews I thought I would have been able to get there using the Pisamover but because of how it is positioned on a highway I had to get a cab both from Pisa Central Station and to go to Pisa Airport (this has nothing to do with the hotel but beware, cabs are extremely rude and exploitative and Ive spent 15 Euros both ways). Yes the ride is only 5 minutes but its so expensive you might as well spend a little more for a better positioned hotel. Unfortunately Pisa doesnt offer much choice in terms of hotels but this wasnt a great one, over 100 Euros for a night here was ridiculous. Im not sure how they can claim they have 4 stars.
