    Nice, clean, well presented hotel with friendly staff

    Pros: Hotel room were cleaned everyday, fresh towels provided. Hotel was a little out of the way for main bars and strip so would suit people who like that. There are plenty of shops and restaurants local to the hotel.
    Cons: breakfast was nice but could of been improved with nicer quality meat products and hotter. Still perfectly fine. It was up a hill which some people may not prefer Could be a better wine selection, but again it was ok

    I would use this hotel again, its a great location for the shop, beach and bars.

    Pros: The staff were very helpful, the rooms are cleaned daily, the hotel is in a great location not too far from the beach and near the shops and bars. There are two pools at the hotel one that is in sun the other in shade which is fabulous for the summer heat. The water pressure was fantastic.
    Cons: We were B@B so I can only comment on the breakfast, which was cold every morning, the fried eggs were curing at the ends and the yolks were hard, tinned fruit is not what I expected. The toilet paper was very thin meaning that you used more. The entertainment at night was awful.

    Pros: Breakfast very good. Staff very helpful.
    Cons: Smoke alarm going off at 6.30am but no call to explain error. Car parking not accessible at times thru hotel. Bathroom very tired and insufficient lighting for makeup. Twin beds pushed together not double bed and bedding.

    Cons: Coffee awful. Orange juice tasted awful and artificial( was it made from powder?) Cooked food poor quality, been kept warm too long

    Pity about the breakfast!

    Pros: The staff were all nice and welcoming and helpful, the room was freshly decorated and very clean and had everything we needed.
    Cons: We were on b&b and the breakfast was very disappointing. There was a wide choice of food, but the quality was really poor. The coffee was horrible, the eggs were overcooked, the pastries were tasteless and the jam was more like syrup. There wasn't even any real orange juice, just squash - despite the oranges hanging from the trees all over this region!

    Pros: Very clean nicely decorated. The reception staff were very helpful we arrived with our friends and they asked if we would like to be on the same floor they put us next to each other which was lovely
    Cons: Really don't know where they found the coffee it was not drinkable and the juice was no better. Jam was like sauce. But plenty of choice normal type buffet breakfast

    Pros: Staff were very good, location good. Rooms spacious and clean
    Cons: Hotel took payment for our room twice which nearly sent our bank account overdrawn. Payment was taken twice on the Thursday we arrived and one payment was payed back into our account the following day, but this did not appear in our account u till the Monday evening we got home. Our holiday was therefore spoilt due to the stress of "hoping" the overpayment was payed back into our account. The hotel is more of a 3 star than a 4,food was OK but the presentation and serving dishes were very poor and quite often the food was cold.

    Pros: I want to put in a complaint and claim some money back. The room want wheelchair accessable I couldn't Cees the bathroom or get into the room. It took from 1pm to 830pm to sort something out so we had to move hotels so we lost a day even though I'd spoke to the hotel on several occasions via email explain I needed a wet room and wheelchair Ccessable room due to me being a wheelvhair they guaranteed I'd have thus the Friday before flying Ll of this meant my autistic 28 year old son was left alone at the hotel as they wouldn't move him he was totally alone so he wouldn't eat. The hotel promised we could go there to eat and be around my son when we went they refused us. It was an expensive holiday and a stressful one. I want to put a huge complaint in and get some money back as we didn't get what we booked or paid for it's unacceptable

    Enjoyed it, good location and was more than sufficient for our weekend away.

    Pros: Good quality food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks were average. Alcoholic all inclusive drinks were good. Room was tidy.
    Cons: Not much to dislike. More variety of snacks during the day and times it was opened could probably have been better.
