A beautiful old-world hotel experience.

Pros: The location was perfect. It was an easy drive to get into the heart of the town.

Cons: Although the main lobby was beautifully decorated, I was a little put off by the number of chairs that had signs on them saying not to sit in them. There should never be chairs in a public hotel lobby that guests are not allowed to sit in.

Pros: Nothing!! No way is this hotel 4* I had a mediocre breakfast in my room, just 1 small cup of of coffee, chopped melon & pineapple (ok) and a croissante and jam, no butter. Cost 12 euros! Staff seem miserable as if the hotel is going under!!

Cons: No restaurant on site for lunch or dinner and no roof terrace with bar snacks on site even though these facilities are on your web site as being at this hotel, which is why I booked this hotel in the first place. I'm a very unhappy customer and wonder how you can sell rooms at this hotel with all the above supposedly facilities, that are none existent. Wasn't offered even a cup of coffee on my arrival, a kettle but no coffee bags or milk in the room, a lady went and brought me a plastic cup with a spoon of coffee granuals in it to make a coffee. A further disgrace is the very slippy, slimy floor in the shower, totally unacceptable, I could easily have fallen and broken my leg, esp as no hand rail to hold on to yet the hotel advertises as suitable for wheelchair users. I have poor mobility issues and thought this hotel looked like the ideal stay for overnight after disembarking a wonderful 5* cruise. As I have mobility issues I was not prepared to walk out of the hotel grounds in the dark streets on my own to find a restaurant for dinner, therefore I had to get a takeaway meal sent in to the hotel, sat on my own in a small bar area where they didn't even have an Italian Rose wine, unbelievable!!! Took them from 6pm till 8.30pm for my takeaway meal to arrive. A trip to forget for sure

Very short stay, but was ideal for what we wanted.

Pros: Location perfect for us, a short drive from the airport, parking on site and staff ready to welcome us. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. Quick walk into Frascatti centre where there were bars and restaurants.

Cons: The shower in the room needs some attention.

Pros: Location is great and the villa is beautiful. Room is comfortable with a good size bed and bathroom

Pros: Lovely looking building & Annex and good size rooms, nice grounds, good options for parking within hotel, central location.

Cons: Very uncomfortable shower in our room, mould in the bathroom, very complicated tv which we couldn't even turn on

Pros: Been coming to this hotel for a few years now. Nice place and the location couldnt be any better really plus they have a car park. Staff are always friendly and helpful. This time we also got a little upgrade which was unexpected and very much appreciated so thank you very much!.
