Pros: Location is perfect base for all tourist attractions and beaches. Excellent bathroom facilities. Well soundproofed from outside, good terrace on top floor for sunbathing. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: Room was quite small and basic but is probably typical at this price point for Barcelona. No Tea/coffee in room. Starting to look dated/tired.

Wonderful stay in great location

Pros: Excellent location. Metro station right out the door. We had a room that faced La Rambla and kept the doors open all the time. The sounds from the street were enjoyable background noise and not an issue. The staff member who checked us in was very helpful and nice.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.

Pros: Great location, rooms are a great size. We had a balcony over la Rambla which was fun to watch the action on the street. Hotel is between the gothic quarter and el born, so easy to walk everywhere and so close to la boqueria. Would stay here again.

Pros: Staff, locaation, size of room

Cons: No AC and they said the area ran like that in winter. Upon calling other hotels this wasn't true. The thermostat was completely shut off. I took a picture and share it with the staff and they said were going to check but never did. We hat to sleep with the door open for the mayority of the nights, had to close it for safety reasons as it was the door facing outside the buidling.

Great, centrally located hotel.

Pros: Central location but quiet rooms, even though we faced the the busy La Ramblas. The rumble of the metro didn't bother us at all. Clean, decently sized rooms. For a three star hotel, it did us very well.

Cons: It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Pros: The hotel is in a very central location on the busy Ramblas street. We easily walked to many main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: We didn’t have warm water for part of our stay, because the radiator was off/broken. We had a balcony overlooking the side alley next to the hotel and if you looked down from the balcony there were many homeless people sleeping and abusing drugs/alcohol. We know this is beyond the hotel’s control, but it still affected our stay.

Cons: There were smoking rooms on our floor and if I would have known I would have requested to be far away since I have a sensitivity. Some more transparency around that would have been better.
