Cons: I booked bungalow the bed was uncomfortable and I can say all the furniture was bad and old , the safty box was always giving a noose, the shower was broken and leaking, the kitchen was empty no dishes no glass nothing, very old fridge , very bad experience my first and my last time in this hotel it doesn't deserve 5 stars hotel

Pros: It is a good location with nice sea (sunset) views and the lobby looks nice.

Cons: The rooms and garden are very outdated. Its all very old. Old matrasses, the wind coming through the windows, a kitchen without a sink or any amenities. The place really needs a makeover

Pros: Everything was promising until it wasnt anymore

Cons: Bathroom door was broken, my wife and baby got locked in while I was at the bar downstairs. Luckily, my wife had her phone on her, and managed to call me. Funnily enough the next morning I told the salesperson of the hotel (Abdelaziz) about it, he laughed it off by saying, its not like she spent the whole night in the bathroom! What kind of answer is that? In addition to this, the AC was not functioning in the whole hotel, and according to them all hotels in Morocco have ACs off during winter. They told me that with a STRAIGHT FACE. As if it was our first rodeo. Anyhow while checking out, I asked to see the manager or somebody high up to talk to them about all theses issues, nobody showed up and this same salesperson threatened to call the authorities, as I was getting heated up. Worst stay ever! Never AGAIN! And I do not recommend it to anyone
