    Good stay

    Pros: Brilliant location - metro very nearby, lots of cafes/bars/restaurants close also. Very friendly staff. You leave your key when you come and go which isnt unusual. Very basic rooms but clean and comfortable. Not luxury and quite dated interior but we didnt mind. Would definitely stay again. Would recommend.
    Cons: I dont think there is any air conditioning so would be very hot during summer.

    A pretty hotel, convenient location, breakfast available

    Pros: Great location, modern looking interior, great power shower. Bed was comfortable, sheets and blankets rather than duvet. We had a double bed and a single bed. There was also a small desk with chair, wardrobe with coathangers. It was ideal as a base with metro station nearby. Option to have breakfast in the dining room with no heavy sell. Well stocked leaflets of places to go, free maps on reception. A few nearby restaurants. I would go back.
    Cons: Main downside which is easily fixed is the dust in the bedroom, particularly on bed head and wardrobe (had to buy some antihistamines). Some mouldy places in shower basin with smelly shower curtain, no spare pillows (although I didn't ask if they had any). Bit noisy from street sounds (didn't bother me much as I like that sound of life) but could also hear people in the rooms nextdoor. Despite this, I would go back.

    Pros: It was clean enough however very basic. Very outdated and personally I think it is very expensive for what it offered. Rooms are very small. There was not enough room to open a suitcase and bathroom was again very outdated and mould within grouting. If the price matched what was being offered there would be no issue.

    Could be worse

    Pros: Very well located and friendly staff. The bed is surprisingly comfortable.
    Cons: The hotel as a whole is quite old. The facilities are fine, but the room is not particularly welcoming. For the price I would have hoped to feel more cozy, but given the current rate and availability of hotels in Paris, it was undoubtedly the lesser of evils and an acceptable option for a short stay.

    Pros: There are some good bakeries around the hotel, and there are NOT restaurants or bars what make some noise at night around the hotel. A room is so small and old that makes me feeling I'm living in Paris with "The Paris Apartment". haha.
    Cons: A staff was not friendly but services was fully functioned. For me, it's kind of like... FRENCH-ish feeling i'd got in a good way or a bad way.

    Functional hotel, fair budget for the central location near the Place de la Rpublique

    Pros: Excellent central location, near the Place de la Rpublique and the Metro-station. Also near fairly priced restaurants, bakeries and a bio-supermarket in the street. Reception and staff were very kind and helpful. The bed and mattress were good. Free wifi was available and in good working order. There is an elevator.
    Cons: The room was very small though functional. The bathroom needs updating, the shower cabin was broken, somehow repaired by a shower curtain, but unsanitary. I had no trouble sleeping, but the rooms are very noisy. Regarding the beds: please exchange the old-fashioned woolen blankets for hotel quality duvets, it would mean a big improvement.
