    Quite bad

    Pros: Breakfast was okay. Room was spacious.
    Cons: Air condition was very noisy and not working well. Staff at the reception(the one which we found while checkin in night) was not helpful at all. Its a hotel we should be able to checkin anytime but he kept insisting about 11 pm. We even requested for just allow us to checkin by 11:30 pm just in case we could not make it in time but he was not even ready to listen to us over phone call. Quite disappointing we had no option but to spend unnecessary 45 euros for taxi for Mestre station.

    Very convenient base for a few days in Rome.

    Pros: The hotel is situated about 5 mins walk (with luggage) from Termini otherwise it is 2 mins. Right next door there is a bar (an Italian bar) where in the morning you can have your cappucino and cornetto, or omlette. Across the street and next door (on the other side from the bar) are some restaurants. There are also numerous other restaurants in the area if the ones in the same street are not for you. My room was clean when I arrived and always cleaned. My only big "problem" (I am celiac) with my room was that in the morning a beautiful, sweet smell of fresh cornetti and other delicacies baking wafted in.
    Cons: The hotel is on the 3rd floor - there is an elevator. The problem is that to reach the elevator there are about 8 steps up which you will need to carry luggage so if you are travelling heavy it could be a bit of a problem. The elevator is also very small - 2 persons with backpacks and/or luggage will not fit in and have to go up one a time. Not a big negative all in all.

    Excellent location, spacious, clean rooms. We found the staff very accommodating and friendly.

    Pros: Clean, big room with a cute balcony. Great location near to everything. Friendly staff.
    Cons: Air con is extra.

    Pros: Close to the main railway station. Room/bathroom are nice ( seems to be recently renovated) but a bit smal
    Cons: To have air cond. cost an extra 15 euros per day. Taxes have to be pay only cash. Lift only fits 2 people at the time or 1 with luggage. Doble bed but only 1 chair. No place where to place suitcases

    Great stay, tranquil hotel, great location.

    Pros: We found the hotel to be in a very good location, in terms of ability to sightsee and enjoy Rome. Close to the station but not extremely noisy. The room was very nice and quiet. Downstairs we found a great place to eat, have drinks and relax. Things were far from expensive but great value for money. Cafe Victorya is so welcoming. The hotel manager was very friendly and welcoming and we would highly recommend this accommodation.
    Cons: The elevator was often at a higher floor and wouldnt come down (possibly because previous users had not closed the door firmly) so for those with mobility concerns it may not be the easiest to climb to 3rd floor.

    Pros: The reception were friendly and helpful. I could come & go as I pleased & thank goodness there was a lift...old & tiny but reliable. I had a single room, it was comfortable. I would have loved a kettle & small fridge but I don't think this happens much in Italy.
    Cons: It was all fine.

    Pros: Excellent location. At a stone's throw from Roma Termini. Surrounded by good restaurants and hotels.
    Cons: AC was paid. The lift start from the mezzanine floor, so you need to carry your luggage up half a floor. Too small an elevator.

    Quick stay in Rome

    Pros: Good location. The restaurant across the street was very good value, food and service excellent.
    Cons: There was a 15 euro charge for a/c but luckily it was not a hot night so we did not take. Only good for a one night stay.
