    Fantastic location, but could be a lot better and certainly not fulfilling its potential.

    Pros: The location is superb. The views of the sea and Vesuvius are breathtaking. Proximity to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and places of interest, is excellent.
    Cons: Everyday, there were issues with water supply. You go to wash your hands, take a shower or brush your teeth, and it is 50/50 that there is water. Even when there is supply, the pressure may not be adequate. The breakfast can at times be farcical. Breakfast ends at 10am and yet, even at 9am, there may not be anything left to eat.

    Disappointing- we would never stay here again. Rude staff that were not helpful when A/C broke. Left 2 days early a

    Cons: Air conditioning broke and staff acted like it was our fault. Rude when this happened. Would not have paid 20 per night for room we were offered instead. Definitely not advertised on website. Breakfast was not good. Saw ants by the bread.

    Not again in that hotel.

    Pros: Good relatively central location. Parking on site, at a cost. Good suggestion from one person at reception to use the trainto go visit the Pompeii site.
    Cons: Breakfast: for about 300 per night breakfast was not super. We disliked the fact that the tables were covered in transparant plastic that clings to the knees when seated at the table. This gave us a very 'cheap' impression. Staff was not very helpfull when we asked for good restaurants in the neighboorhood. Very few suggestions. We would expect the contrary.

    Overall, a small outdated quiet room in a prime location.

    Pros: Our main reason for visiting Sorrento was to visit the Amalfi coast so in terms of location, it was perfect! The room was also clean.
    Cons: The room was small but quiet. The facilities are very basic. The pool was a lot smaller than on the pictures and the vibe to the location was outdated. Breakfast was very, very basic, with food often being cold/stale No fresh juices and water wasnt was given as a standard. In addition the whole hotel is trapped in a 1940s era and definitely needs sprucing up.

    Cons: Stayed in the new block. Shower leaked onto floor and into bedroom. Plenty of towels to mop up though !! Would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in room.

    Pros: The location of the hotel is great, easy access to the train and bus station and the main square of Sorrento.
    Cons: The price of the room does not meet the expectations. A highly priced room with no coffee/tea facilities and very little space to move around. The hotel is a bit dated overall, and it needs restoration. The breakfast was basic.
