a cost effective nice hotel

Pros: The bathroom and the toilette was very good and clean and the room was being cleaned everyday. Our room was satissfactory but good illuminated and having a good capacity of closet including a safe. We took the breakfast outside but the breakfast was seemed good. And the location was very near the region of opera and the big markets. There was also a room for the luggages after check out. As a summary it was a good experience and thanks for all of the staf of Eden Hotel

i would have expected a better room for the price

Pros: position was ok as I needed an hotel in that area. Walking distance from my destination.

Cons: The fact i have to take stairs over the 5th floor, to reach 6th floor, with luggages and a very un-confy staircase. And the fact my room was really in the roof and you could feel it was adapted to have an additional room in the hotel; not really designed to be a room.. Also, the heater was not working. I asked to be fixed before leaving the room, but when i came back late at night, it was still not working. I didn't ask again as it was very late and it was not too cold in general..

Pros: I like the connecting rooms for us who travels in groups. I love the toilet/shower room. It is clean. The nespresso machine is convenient and we love it. the elevator too is a good thing since most of the buildings doesn't have elevator. Location is perfect! If ever I will go back to defo I will stay here again.

Pros: The staff are sooooooooo nice! They are super nice to me when I requested if I could check out late due to an unforeseen situation. They were kind and thoughtful. I really appreciate their consideration. On top of that the service was great as well. I had a wonderful time here.

Great location and friendly staff.

Pros: The hotel was in a great location and I could walk to most of the main sites. The staff were very helpful at check-in and when my room key broke. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels every day.

Cons: There was no kettle in the room, which would have been good to have.
