Pros: This was a nice hotel in a business/residential area. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had breakfast one morning - lots of choices and very good!

Cons: I would have liked it to be a little less expensive - but it was very nice!

Cons: I was in room 60 with no windows, poor lighting, lots of noise from upstairs water and noise from the street

Enjoyable stay for the rugby world cup.

Pros: The honesty bar worked really well (though gin and tonic might be a useful addition). The beds were comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom door stuck in place and both the ladies in our party had to be let out by their husbands. And the rooms were small.

Sadly, from being a regular customer, I will not return.

Pros: Hotel is located in a great area where you have a lot of activities in walking distance. Room has been clean and had little add ons like coffee bar, bathrobe, bath shoes etc. The staff has been wonderful and very helpful.

A great hotel choice for staying in central Paris. Spacious rooms, well-designed and lovely staff.

Pros: Great location for us as we were attending an event close by. It's walkable to most of the main Paris sites and close to two metro stations. Lovely room with spacious bathroom and bath tub, more spacious than expected for a city centre hotel room in Paris. Delicious breakfast too and the staff were lovely - very friendly and professional.

Cons: Where to start We had 2 bookings for identical rooms. The receptionist reassured us she combined it into 1 booking and we can stay in the same room for the duration of the stay. The next day comes and our key cards are not working. They resolved it quickly but it kept happening again and again. The junior suite is not suitable for family with small children. The suite is inbetween 2 floors and and can only be accessed by steep twisting stairs (it should come up as a warning for families with small children as it can be very unsafe). The lift stopped working on our 2nd day and it didnt get fixed during the whole weekend. Also there was a fire alarm on early Sunday morning (not hotels fault but still unpleasant to be woken up on a Sunday morning like that). The junior suite had a massive bathtub. We were excited to use it but the bath plug didnt work. We called reception and they promised to get a maintenance guy to come to our room next day. We asked twice and they reassured us he has been in our room while we were away- he never did. In the end one of the staff gave us a spoon (!) to open the bath plug for the remainder of our stay. Very classy for a 4 star hotel. Housekeeping was hit and miss. We had the please clean our room sign out every day but some days they missed our room and we had to call reception. I dont blame them. The stairs are horrendous and bringing up a hoover every time is not easy for them. And the breakfast - please dont make the same mistake as us and pay for the breakfast. Not being worth it is an understatement. They have a huge kitchen and facilities for providing a good breakfast but they need to change the staff. There is hardly any freshly cooked food and most of it is inedible. The bacon didnt even look like bacon. Just a black piece of charcoal. The lady who does the breakfast should be retrained how to deal with guests. Everything we asked her was a burden for her. One morning there were no plates.

Pros: The location was very good. The street is very quiet and not much traffic during the night. Also its safe to wander around in the evenings. Theres lots of police nearby as lyse Palace is close by.

Pros: Very accommodated staff and great location. We had booked two rooms, one duplex for family of four and one executive deluxe for two. We didn't know the room layout prior. It turned out the duplex is great, two floors and have a little den . However, for the executive deluxe room, there'r two types. We were put in the two floors one on the ground floor so is next to our friend's duplex room. It is great if you are ok there's no window to open. For us, we need to open window with fresh air, the thought of no open window suffocates me. We asked if we can change back to room with one floor only and with window. Luckily there's opening and the staff quickly switch the room for us.......so if you need open window, make sure ask for non-two floors room.

Cons: Everything is great except there's room for improvement for the breakfast. Beverage/coffee options are great but can add a bit more fresh food to the breakfast bar. Love the fresh squeeze orange juice option!
