    Good value short stay near Montparnasse station

    Pros: Room was clean and quiet, bed comfortable and the shower water pressure was good. The room is small but entirely servicable for a short stay. Staff were polite and helpful
    Cons: The lift was very slow and was quite small, which meant long waits at times.

    Pros: We booked 2 nights but we decided not to stay this hotel because the reception staff is very rude and very mean. We felt this hotel is not safe. Even we lose more than 200 euro, we prefer to stay a safety and comfortable place. We request this hotel take our comment seriously and do staff management. Otherwise many guests feel the same from his attitude.

    Basic hotel in a convenient location

    Pros: We were here for four nights during a very busy period in September in Paris, it was still relatively "affordable" compared to surrounding hotels. It's a few steps from the main road and a few minutes walk from Gate metro station on line 13 which was convenient. The southern part of Montparnasse is a lively neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
    Cons: The corridors are completely dark and you have to find the light switches to turn on the lights as many of the motion sensors are broken. No ventilation at all in the corridor. The hotel was a couple of doors down from a massage place on a side street, didn't see anything unsafe though and the police station was just nearby. The room was advertised as a "Premium room" but was very basic, not sure what was premium about it.

    Cons: I was all bitten by bed bugs. Initially room 35. I saw the bugs and took pictures. They changed me to room 55. Same thing happened. Therefore, next morning I left and booking has refunded me the whole stay. Since then, I havent been able to sleep properly. The whole body is very itchy. They need to pesticide the hotel.

    My stay was very comfortable and convenient.

    Pros: The hotel was very conveniently located in a Paris neighborhood that I am familiar with. It was quite close to a familiar subway station, which I used, and to a very large train station.
    Cons: It was slightly noisy on one particular night, but that was because of rugby matches going on in Paris at that time. Also, a maid walked into the room too quickly while I was taking a nap with very little clothes on! She immediately retreated, of course. But she shouldve been more careful.

    Pros: Room was small and very quiet. Hotel located in a calm street. Breakfast in the lobby looked nice but did not use it.
    Cons: Room service was provided only Sep 20 but not on Sep 21 despite "Please make up the room tag" hanging on the door.
