value for money, clean, it's my 2nd time staying here!

Pros: this hotel is one of the most value-for-money in the Beitou region. It is also very clean and the beds are sooo comfy

Cons: the check-in is strictly after 4pm if not you will need to pay extra. Also, it is quite far from the main part of town but they do provide a pick-up and drop-off which is very nice (just need to wait like 5mins) and call them when you need it

A real treat at the end of our holiday.

Pros: The manager and all the staff were always friendly and very helpful. I messed up my booking and the manager was very accommodating to fix it and not leave us out of pocket. The staff were always on hand to take us down the hill or pick us up in the shuttle van whenever needed. The in-room hot spring bath was a true luxury.

Cons: The emergency exit sign in the room has so bright, it was like leaving a light on in the room all night. Lucky I had an eye mask.

It was total rip off.

Pros: A/C was not working. It is always very cold no matter what temperature I set. Electrical lighting systems are so unorganized. The coffee machine was totally no good. According to web site, it is a hot spring but I do not see any real hot spring is coming out of the faucet. It is only hot water. I have been to many hot springs but this place is very suspicious and not sure whether they are really feeding hot spring water to the hotel or not. Breakfast was total disaster. For example, tomato juice was nothing but it has color. It has tomato taste. Coffee was just water like. This hotel should not be in business!

Cons: I liked nothing! It was total rip off. Person who gave us a ride to train station was very dangerous driver. I almost got hart attach. She was driving the car so fart on very narrow road.
