Disappointing

Disappointed and not going back to this hotel.

Pros: The price of the baileys was ok

Cons: No coffee or tea facilities in the room! For a 4* hotel a no no. WiFi was poor! Bar closed in the during the day. Cleaning staff smokes cigarette from the window of hotel guest room. When I believe smoking is not allowed! Roof terrace was not open. Maybe because it was winter formally. Also the airco was on winter modus, but to warm in the room.

Very Good

Lovely hotel with lots to offer onsite but location lets it down

Pros: The hotel was very modern, clean and tidy. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The bar onsite was lovely and the staff were always on hand to help. The roof top bar has great views and in the summer I bet its sun trap!! We had a lovely trip and I would recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Cons: The location is far from the centre of torrevieja and you need to take local taxis everywhere. There are no kettles available in the room and until I read the reviews on trip advisor (on check out) I didnt know this was a service on offer from the hotel that if you ring reception / restaurant hot drinks can be delivered to your room. A hand book or a guide in your room to provide this information would be useful. Also, after paying for the hotel it was disappointing to discover that you have to pay a supplement to use the spa? In most hotels this is always part of your stay so one to look out for if you are thinking of staying at this hotel.

Pros: Loved the spa. Bed was comfortable & there was a fridge which is good

Cons: No jug for making tea or coffee. I had a shower but had hoped for a bath to have a soak in with bubbles & glass of wine. Restaurant was shut so I was starving. Went for a funeral

Pros: Fab hotel with beautiful views and rooftop pool, bar and solarium. Lovely spa. Great size rooms very good quality and clean. Nice little restaurant with a good menu and perfect breakfast. We will definitely go back again

Business focussed hotel

Pros: Great location, rooms are a good size, very clean and comfortable.

Cons: Probably more suited to business travellers than holiday makers. Only one English speaking tv channel and the restaurant menu is very limited offering much less than expected for the quality of hotel.
