Super friendly staff in nice...

Pros: So friendly staff here; made me feel very very welcome. Lovely little hotel in very nice quiet residental neighbourhood (but close to the city center). Breakfast was very good too. I had also room with nice little balcony. Will definately use this hotel again when visiting Milan :).

Pros: The location was amazing, the staff were unfailingly kind and friendly and super helpful and the breakfast and cappuccinos were so fantastic.

Cons: I am a person with a chronic migraine disorder which makes me incredibly sensitive to scent. The detergent that they use on the bedding was highly perfumed to the point where after two days I actually took it to a laundromat and had to wash it myself so I could sleep for the remaining five nights. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding about it and its not a problem Ive ever had at a hotel, but if youre someone that is scent sensitive, keep it in mind. Didnt bother my husband at all so it was very much me.

Great stay in Milano

Pros: Delizia hotel is wonderful place were guests are welcomed with heart. The receptionists are super nice and very helpful. They really made my stay in Milano superb! The hotel is placed in good location close to metro station that makes it easy to get to the city as well to the airport. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. The coffee for breakfast is a real Italian coffee. For sure I will come back to the same hotel in Milano.

Pros: We spent the last 2 days of our 3 week trip in this little hotel to be close to Linate Airport and having the chance to do some work remotely and explore the center of Milan without spending too much on accomodations. Before arrival we communicated to the hotel via booking.com that we would arrive earlier than the checking time and they were able to give us our room around the time requested, without extra charge. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the metro station and being 15 min from the airport. The hotel is small, the rooms are small but this was not an issue since pictures are accurate. The staff was super friendly, the room was very clean, and we felt safe walking at night from and to the metro station. We were able to get around Milan without issues. I was also able to hold my teams video calls without issues. The concierges were very helpful when we asked for options to go to the airport since we had a early flight and the metro was closed at this time. They offered a front desk service to order a taxi via a terminal that takes credit cards which was useful since we ran out of euros by the end of our trip, we didn't end up using it since there is a night bus service that is 6 min walking from the hotel that takes you right to the airport. We would stay here again if we are spending a couple nights in Milan :)

Cons: The only thing that we would have liked is that they communicated that there were mosquitos in the area, it was not a big deal but one night we forgot to close the windows and mosquitos were in the room. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Pros: We very pleased by the attitude of the owner who was very helpful. Location is nice: close to metro and train station. Quiet surroundings with a number of good restaurants. Everyday cleaning was perfect.
