    The only thing that could made go back to stay at this place is the convenience of the location.

    Pros: Location was excellent to get to main places as well as restaurants, cafes and to get to monuments. Some of the staff were very helpful and seemed to be happy working there.
    Cons: Food was lower than average. A member of staff at the restaurant was rude and upset because we decided not to tip him, from the next day after his customer service was completely different. Internet connection was awful and the building itself was old and under refurbishment. The room was too hot and even though there was a fan not even taking cold showers and opening the windows could help. One of the staff members at the reception had always a rude attitude towards any information requested.

    NOT for black people.

    Pros: Breakfast.
    Cons: I had stayed there before. Multiple times, in fact. The staff was typically great. But this time it seems maybe I wore out my welcome. I do not like to bring up race, but I'm pretty sure this played a role. I cannot recommend this place to ANY black people. The staff does NOT like you. Including the manager whom I met.
