Pros: Breakfast was very good, catered for all

Cons: Main lift was broken for entire stay, second lift broke whilst there meaning no option but to use stairs, access was very poor with several stairs up and then down again to get to rooms - seemed to be two buildings joined , stairs were very steep and without handrails on both sides so not suitable for my elderly mother or my small child but as stated no alternative available due to both lifts being out of service. Hairdryer was broken in room. Beds were very uncomfortable and the additional bed was like a table. Toilet was stained. Housekeeping didn’t replenish tissues in box for use. Was really unpleasantly suprised at how bad the facilities were as the reviews I read seemed very positive

Pros: A stylish hotel in a great central location. Very helpful staff, happy to recommend places to eat. The breakfast is delicious and the wine and happy hours a lovely addition. The rooftop terrace would be great in the summer and a perfect place to watch the Tivoli fireworks.

Pros: The staff were extremely professional and friendly. Free wine-hours daily! The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was the best we ever experienced. Truly excellent.

Cons: on this occasion the main elevator was out of order but likely they have a service elevator but smaller and there sometimes was a wait. the noise from the main street if the windows are open while sleeping

Cons: The rooms are lovely, but every time the door closes to the hallway, you hear it slam. Depending on where your room is situated, you hear this alot/ a little less. Got a new room when it woke me up the first night, that was nice of them. Still, if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

Lovely stay in great location...

Pros: Breakfast was really really good, lots of variety and great quality. Staff were extremely polite and friendly, loved the happy hours and thought the whole place was very stylish and comfortable.

Cons: Room was quite small and didn’t like that the bathroom wasn’t soundproof!
