Pros: Nothing really good to say at all . They should not be listed on any booking site at an acceptable hotel for someone traveling through and has no idea because the pictures are totally false and misleading.

Cons: There was no breakfast to speak of some white bread and milk (almost out ) juice was only cranberry they said but had a pitcher of it and when it was gone they said there was no more. Oh and dry cereal. The bread looked dry and old. The location was right off innerstate 75 however i think most of the guest were actually residents Lots of kids coming out of rooms in the morning and getting on a school bus that stopped at the hotel as well as being dropped off by a school bus in the afternoon. I was given a third floor room that was only accessible via stairs As none of the elevators works on the property they were blocked off with trash cans and caution tape. The steps were cement steps that were cracking and several were loose, I was carrying my luggage down and stepped on one and almost lost my balance Due to a loose step. The whole place pretty much smelled like weed (marijuana) . I saw several roaches outside rooms as well as I had two different roaches that I saw crawling in my room and up the walls My bathroom door when i went to close it wouldnt close and wasn't attached at the top hinges. Then at 7:55 the next morning (check out) there was a banging on the door and when I opened it it was the housekeeping lady telling us that check out was at 11 It was the worst experience in a hotel room I've ever had I don't know how they can be listed on any booking site as an acceptable property to stay at very disappointed

Pros: The property was quiet, quaint and tucked away.

Cons: The staff modified my reservation and were not honest about how it happened. They also repeatedly tried to run my card because of the mistake they made. Also, called my and another guests room number aloud as other guest were present.

Pros: LIKED: Room was nice, bed was comfortable. DID NOT LIKE: The people in the room next door to ours were extremely noisy and it went on for hours! My husband called the front desk and complained because we were trying to sleep! The person said they would get the manager to handle it. They were still at it at 11:30pm! I walked down to the front desk at that time in my pajamas and complained to the woman that came in from outside when I rang the bell for service. She said there was nothing they could do about the noise, that the people paid for a room just like we did. I asked her if the police could do something and she said no. Then she said that they were just kids and to give them some time and maybe they would go to bed soon. I told her that we have been listening to the hollering, clapping, booming and banging for 2 1/2 hours and we were trying to sleep! I told her it was disrespectful and inconsiderate of the other guests trying to sleep. She said that there was nothing they could do. This hotel advertises a comfortable place to rest. What a fraudulent lie!

Superb

Pros: Room was very clean. No sign of bedbugs. I stayed 4 nights. Staff was very helpful and courteous. My TV hd a problem. Maintenance came to fix it quickly. He was so apologetic about it. Maids were so friendly and kind too. It's very quiet where it sits.
