Pros: Still waiting for the invoice, personale is not understanding that they have issue faktura on request. It has been over a week now, no response no customer service, no solution. Wrote multiple messages and emails.

Nice discover and pleasant stay...

Pros: I stayed at Coco for 2 nights and the hotel is located in a nice, quiet area in the city centre, close to nice restaurants and bars. The atmosphere was lovely, I really liked the lounge bar at the ground floor, with the delightful garden, I appreciated the agreement with the restaurant in front of the hotel, and the very nice staff

Cons: The only comment is related to the room, which compared to the rest of the style and quality of the hotel, was very simple and a little below my expectations for a 4 star hotel but no complains and overall I had a pleasant stay and I had all the services I needed.

Pros: Cute decor and superior room was a nice size. Good value.

Cons: Bed not comfortable and couldn’t change temperature in room. Bathroom sink small and shower sprays out into the room. Parking garage quite a distance away and had to drag bags several blocks. Location on a busy more modern street and not an old world/quaint area. After seeing the other areas we like the town center Indre By and Nyhavn much better.

Charming designer hotel in Vesterbro

Pros: Lovely ambience and design, with a popular cafe on the ground floor. Easy walking distance from the central train station, and close to some interesting sights in Vesterbro like the Meatpacking District.

Cons: The rooms are not the most spacious, and aren’t equipped with much, e.g. there are no kettles or mugs for tea, and not much hanging/closet space for a longer stay. You can go down to the cafe for a hot drink, however.
