    Clean alpine room close to everything.

    Pros: Great location -- not too far from train station and right off the main "strip." Breakfast was lovely and staff very helpful.
    Cons: Price simple high for such a simple room but I guess they are normal for Zermatt.

    We enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay there again.

    Pros: The lady at Reception was very helpful and informative. The room was very clean and spacious, especially the bathroom. The location was central, just a very short walk from the railway station. The breakfast room was well appointed and there was a good choice.
    Cons: The floorboards in our room creaked quite loudly, as did the room above. Also the walls were very thin and the conversation of the guests in the next room could be heard.

    I would definitely stay here again in summer and would look forward to staying here during ski season!

    Pros: I would recommend this hotel! The location was a short walk from the train station, to the Gornergrat Bahn station and to great restaurants. It is just steps away from the busy Bahnhofstrasse yet is peacefully located on a quiet square. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony where we even caught a glimpse of the afternoon goat parade!
