A great location but I wouldn't buy into the 24 hours buffet.

Pros: We liked the hotel accomodated for our 7 month old and kept everything clean. The Hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and easy to walk to attractions and public transport. We loved the the room had a microwave, made life easy for cleaning baby bottles etc. The access to 24 hour hot and cols drinking water was a bonus.

Cons: The room was very small, once the travel cot was in it didn't leave much room to move or get ready, there wasn't anywhere to store luggage, there wasn't the option to empty your suitacse either. We got told we had the biggest room. Breakfast was included in the price we paid however it wasn't great, the crossaints were there for days and not fresh, the buffet food was cold and had to be warmed up in a a microwave (nobody wants to eat heated up eggs) the choice wasn't great wither. They also said they had a 24 hour buffet, but again nothing was fresh, things were sat there for days. The should also consider a ramp at the entrance, it's good they have a lift but then should have a ramp to get up the steps.

Amazing staff and beautiful hotel!

Pros: We were allowed to check our luggage as we arrived very early in the morning. The check in agent was very informative and was so gracious. On several occasions we had assistance from their staff member, Michael. He went above and beyond in helping us! We did rent the suite which is one of the nicest suites I've ever been in! It had a gorgeous parlor (den) room with a balcony overlooking the street and was very ornate (think Marie Antoinette style). Having the large space to relax after a very long flight was wonderful. We also loved the 24 hour buffet with wonderful coffee options, expansive food offerings and wine and beer! We would love to come back and stay again - we loved it SO much!

Cons: Nothing to note - it was wonderful and the staff were some of the best!

Comfortable, great location, attentive staff.

Pros: Location was wonderful, beds very comfortable, staff attentive and friendly. Lounge area was perfect for relaxing, taxi stand right outside the hotel. Elevator worked out well for us.

Cons: A 24 hour buffet is offered, free beer and wine. The buffet is a nice idea it leaves a bit to be desired. The hot food offered in the morning is on a hot plate, so often warm to cold. The area to dispose your plates has small bugs flying around due to the dirty dishes. They would be better off with a small dishwasher that the guest could deposit dirty dishes into.
