Pros: Staff lovely showed us to our room sorted is with private transfer from airport and asked again if we needed another lift for the return trip. Kept our luggage even when checked out as train wasn’t until later on and cleaned the room really well during the day. Also mini bar was a nice touch along with the small bathroom kits like shower caps and cotton wool.

Pros: The location was great

Cons: The rooms were very disappointing and not accurately represented on the website. According to the booking confirmation for 3 nights in April, "The spacious double room features air conditioning..." Truly, the rooms were not spacious and there was no air conditioning. According to the staff, air conditioning is not available until the month of May, in contrast to the confirmation for 3 nights in April. The outside temperature was in the high 70's and sleeping was very uncomfortable. A fan was provided which helped slightly for the temperature but was noisy. Had we known there was no air conditioning, we would not have booked. Except for the location, it was a disappointment.

Pros: The staff is AMAZING, Victor at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with everything! The location is the BEST. Only walking distance from the best spots to visit. The rooms are comfortable. It’s clean. Just the service you get from the staff is worth the stay.

Cons: It’s a bit outdated specially the furniture . The rooms have no air conditioning for the spring so it became a bit warm but bearable. But we had everything we needed. The street is a bit noisy but tolerable at night.

Cons: Avaliação esposa: the unpleasant surprise came at checkout. We were in a hurry as we had to travel to the coast, so my husband went to get the car while I took care of things. The receptionist informed me that the full amount had not been charged to the card, so she would have to swipe it again. I didn't know that, since it's my husband who is responsible for the payments. In all the hotels we stayed at, payment is charged immediately to the card 10 days before booking, which is why we thought it had already been paid. It was just a lack of information that would have been resolved without a problem, but the way they handled it was very amateurish and disrespectful. I said I didn't have the card and that I would call him. At this exact moment one of the receptionists begins to shake her head in disapproval. I told them that he had just gone to get the car and would be back soon to sort things out. When the car arrived and the hotel employee started to put our bags in the car, I got up to go back to the counter with my husband and make the payment when the receptionist came running over asking us about payment, as if we were leaving without paying. I looked at her and said “don’t worry, we will pay.” I felt extremely embarrassed. In general, there is a lack of patience and common sense. First by the lady shaking her head and saying things about us, and then by the other one suggesting that we would leave without paying.
