Excellent Irish family get away....

Pros: Beautiful stay. everything was very nice from décor to comfort to staff. Food was fantastic. Not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for and don't regret any thing. I left a kindle behind and staff were very helpful to locate and post for me.

Cons: Only that is was more on the costly end for me.

Pros: Really loved how modern and up to date the rooms where, they had bottles of water in the fridge which was good . Close to the Arena was perfect for the concert and would defiantly stay here again.

Cons: I didnt not like anything about the hotel and I thought this was ideal for attending the UB40 in the Arena.

Cons: Asked for two extra pillows on the second night, it was going on half 10 and no sign of them arriving our 4yr old autistic son was just gone off to sleep as we were starting to fall asleep ourselves, my partner then taught he heard someone at the door and that the bedroom door had been opened he got up to check and the door was open and not closed properly, the night porter came up opened our door never even left the pillows and left our door open, I am still very upset over this and the fact that it was highly worrying and dangerous the fact that the night porter done this especially with a child in the room, I reported it straight away the following morning to reception and was talking to the manger, I’m 26 weeks pregnant also and I think it has total turned me off staying here again. I’m very unhappy with what happened.

Pros: Room was nice. Courtyard beside restaurant is nice for children to play while waiting for food.

Cons: The receptionist on arrival was quite unpleasant. Did not say hello. We were greeted with “what’s your name?”Also, there was a kids check in which my 3 year old daughter stepped up to but no one acknowledged her. The stairway to the pool from the women’s dressing room was not only dangerous as it’s very slippy, but it was dirty.
