Cons: I didn't like anything. Food Menu was very poor and with very limited options for room and charges were Very high in compare to other hotel. Staff was not supporting. They dropped me in wrong lift when i asked way for my room. It wasted my so much time. Even my wife fell on floor due to wet floor and nobody came for help Breakfast buffet was not good. So much crowded . Very limited options and same taste was absent . Very disappointed experience. I didn't expect from this level property . I'm very regular traveler due to business.

Cons: Everything was so Bad. I booked the "superior double room" with the POOL side view. But in the name of "SUPERIOR double" they provided the worst TINY room which anyone could ever imagine. Room was so dirty and even bathroom was so dirty. I wonder why they call it Superior double room. NO POOL view room was provided to me. Instead of pool view there was a wedding going on outside my room and it was so so NOISY at night that we couldn't sleep whole night. In addition to this my neighbor/adjacent 4 to 5 rooms were booked by these wedding people so till 5 am people and there kids were coming every 15 minutes and slamming there Door so hard with so much noise that even If I try to sleep but couldn't get sleep. We were so tired from traveling and wanted to sleep but whole night it was noisy that couldnt sleep till 5am and we had a bus booking at 7am imagine this situation. Do you people call this hospitality? Stop calling yourself a 5 star hotel. Is this your 5 star hotel facility provided to guest? You people should close your Hotel. I paid 8000rs approximately for this room which is totally wasted. Even cheap hotels provide better rooms and hospitality than yours. I would like a total refund of my money ASAP. I will even register a complaint to your higher authorities regarding this matter.
