    Pros: The staff was amazing and very accommodating! They were very communicative leading up to the trip, and when I got there check in was easy with Alejandra and she even gave me recommendations on where to go that night. I had a fishing trip planned the next morning and they held onto my bag for me the whole day. When I got back, I had some time to kill before friends were meeting me so Jose at the front desk put my filleted fish in the fridge and we sat and talked for awhile. When my friends got there he hooked us up with a restaurant that could cook my catch and it was an awesome meal. Overall, great value hotel that was clean and had an awesome staff that went above and beyond.

    Pros: Great Location , great staff, clean rooms. There is a restaurant just under the hotel. A place to feel safe and comfortable
    Cons: A bit noisy because of bars around but good if you want a bit a vibe around you

    Pros: This is a charming boutique hotel. The location can't be beat - the beach is steps away and everything you need is within walking distance. Be prepared for the loud noise from the 5th Ave. clubs until 3 a.m. This comes with the territory and was not an issue for us. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We had the best time at Hotel Cielo and are looking forward to staying there again in the future.

    Pros: Propertys Location was amazing. Everything was within walking distance and the place was cozy.
    Cons: I didnt like the noise that you could hear from the main strip but what can you expect when your RIGHT THERE.

    Pros: Very friendly welcoming staff. Our room (22) was gorgeous- traditionally Spanish with lots of quirky features. It was quiet but in the middle of Playa Del Carmen with lots of bars/restaurants around and close to the ADO Station. We had drinks at the bar and was a good spot to people watch there is also quite a nice view from the rooftop terrace.

    The hotel is great, the outside is very noisy.

    Pros: Cielo is a very cute boutique hotel. I love its authentic style. I stayed there 10 years ago with my friend and really enjoyed it, so I decided to come back with my family. The staff was amazing!
    Cons: It was VERY noisy outside day and night.

    Charming hotel with attention to detail.

    Pros: The roof terrace was a calm oasis in this hectic area of Playa del Carmen. The owner and the staff were so friendly and would help out with all sorts of special requests, like lending an iron, blow drier and hole punch.
    Cons: A breakfast included would have been superb.

    Great location and stay, near the beach and 5a avenida.

    Pros: The hotel is in the center, very nice and friendly staff, the rooms are spacious and at least mine had a lot of daylight. Because the hotel is right in the center the street is always busy and buzzing. Keeping in mind that the hotel is in the center, you'll hear a lot of street noise and music from other venues, same as any other hotel near 5a avenida.

    Pros: Beautiful room and property. Friendly front desk staff. Great location near 5th avenue. Within walking distance of the ferry and great bars/restaurants. Cool rooftop. Fairly quiet rooms given proximity to local bars/nightclubs.
