    Unpleasant stay with non-functional heating, no extra blankets provided, and a denied room change request.

    Pros: Hotel location was pretty good
    Cons: The overall experience was terrible because the heating wasn't functioning, and they didn't offer extra blankets, making it quite challenging to spend the night. Despite requesting a room change, it was regretfully denied.

    Avoid. They need to think alot about hygiene. They can use some of the overpriced charge to improve services.

    Cons: The hotel has a bad smell when you enter. Dirty sheets. Dust and sand debris on sheets. No duvet, using old blankets with sheets. I didnt sleep because I was worried I am going to catch a bug from the smelly blankets. Cold at night. Air conditioning looked full of dust. I didnt even turn it on. I rather be cold than catch an airborne bug. Toilet seat is very high , even for me (5 foot 9). Old shower and a broken tap.

    Value Hotel - no frills but convenient location

    Pros: This was a better location than we expected. We had a light flight and didn't want to worry on how to connect to Venice proper via Ferry or bus with bags and kids after a flight in the dark. The hotel itself was fine, nothing fancy. But it was steps from the bus that takes you to Venice and a few blocks from a cute area with shops and restaurants.
    Cons: Strong smell in lobby but that could have been subject to another guest who stayed during our trip. No frills hotel.
