    A fantastic stay

    Pros: Clean, modern, spacious room. Very comfortable bed and great facilities in room. Good breakfast and friendly staff. We arrived very early before check in and were able to leave bags and have a coffee and pastries before setting off to explore. Fantastic location within city.

    Very good

    Pros: The staff were friendly, professional and really helpful. The location was brilliant with easy access to restaurants, shops and public transport. Breakfast was good with a variety of things to choose from.
    Cons: The decor is really dark and very army green!

    Very centrally located in the old town

    Pros: Well placed in the old town and a lot of restaurants nearby. Nearby public parking. Breakfast was fine.
    Cons: The room was very small and the windows were not double glazed. As a consequence you could easily hear people late and night and early in the morning on the street outside

    Pros: Room great and breakfast the usual for a smallhotel.
    Cons: We had some confusion over the booking, we arrived to find our booking was for the following night for 2 nights. We went elsewhere and came back to stay the following day but they still charged us for the 2 nights, PLUS the one night we actually stayed. They said that the initial booking was made through Booking.com & they coudldo nothing about the mistake. HOwever, Booking.com have said that it is between me and the hotel. They refused to cancel the iitial booking and so we stayed one night and paid for 3. NOt happy!

    Very small rooms, noisy truck traffic. Excellent staff.

    Pros: Staff (English and French speaking) were terrific, friendly, helpful, gave excellent suggestions for meals. Id give them 5 plus stars! Walk in shower was good. Breakfast except for the scrambled eggs was very good.
    Cons: I booked a superior double room which was very small (room 401). No luggage rack or safe as there wouldnt be any room for them. Bathroom is small. Hotel is at corner of two busy streets so lots of 0600-0800 noise from trucks. On Saturday night people party right outside. No large towels available on a Sunday.

    Pros: Not much, but the staff were very pleasant and the room was clean
    Cons: The room size was pathetic, there was absolutely no room in the room for two quite small people, no space to store clothes all in all whilst the location is good if we were to stay there again the room would need to be significantly bigger . My advice is to check the room size before completing the booking.

    Cons: - No towels when we got to the room. - No breakfast included for the price paid is nonsense.
