    Wonderful

    Tunis can be a bit chaotic but the Carlton is a clean and calm oasis.

    Pros: Very professional and kind staff, like all Tunisian people they enjoy a small joke/talk. Amazing breakfast. Rooms have nice balconys with street view. 24/7 reception.

    Perfect location for a stay in the old Tunis

    Pros: Very good location in the city centre within a walkable distance to most of the city attractions. The staff was professional and friendly, especially at the restaurant. Good breakfast.
    Cons: The room was older and smaller compared to the pictures that I saw on Booking.com. The bed was making loud squeaking sounds every time I turned. The walls were very thin, I heard my neighbours like we were in the same room; and they decided to throw a party one night, so I couldn't sleep :(

    Cons: Asked for room at front with balcony as I booked it 3months in advance thought I would have got one of the rooms. I ask every time I go am sure they not read special requests. And they have removed the fridge from the rooms

    Just the best

    Pros: Reception decor very modern & interesting, all staff so friendly & helpful. Location very good, cafes just outside & then a short walk to the souk. Breakfast was more than I expected as well they have a lovely restaurant outside.
    Cons: Air conditioning kept moderating.

    A great hotel and a very convenient location.

    Pros: All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. Excellent location of hotel. It is close to the main attractions, airport, cafes, the tourist office and the train station. The hotel, my room and bathroom were kept spotlessly clean. A great place to stay. Thankyou to everyone.
    Cons: The pillows could be more comfortable. They are lumpy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be appreciated.

    Overall still decent option and would come back

    Pros: The location is very good I think, as well as they have an option to have breakfast on a terrace with some nice view also smoking friendly, staff is very pleasant and you have an option to pay by card and to exchange currency right in the hotel and rates are good. On top of that they had very friendly prices for dry cleaning however it will be ready next day, but it's a very nice option not to take a lot of clothes with you. Very friendly staff and they will definitely help you any way they can.
    Cons: Unfortunately the paid transfer that I was personally would wait for me at the airport wasn't there, however they have Bolt app which is the best way to get around the city and has good prices. My bed was also semi broken and the view out the window was really bad, but to be fair I didn't choose a room with a nice Street view and that's on me. No tooth brush or such stuff but that's also not a big problem as one should not expect really much for such a price and 3star hotel

    Upscale hotel in the Ville Nouvelle of Tunis

    Pros: Modern hotel on the Champs lyses of Tunis. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was probably one of the top five of my world travelsan incredible variety each morning, including crpes and omelettes made to order. very close to good restaurants and train station.
