    I would I stay elsewhere and the owners should spend some money on the upkeep

    Pros: The design is nice.
    Cons: They havent reinvested any funds and the place is looking tired. Bathroom really needed some attention . Everywhere in the hotel there are signs of damage and wear. Staff were very unfriendly. Rooms took forever to be cleaned each day

    The sheets were polycotton not cotton, the air con never got below 24

    Pros: They never even told me where breakfast was or when it was served. I went out.
    Cons: I specifically booked this hotel because of the pool. The pool was closed. I was offered no alternative pool.

    Pros: the location
    Cons: shower was cold, hot water didnt work mini bar was under stocked - half the items on the menu werent there when i arrived tried to explain this to front desk but they just brushed it off the volume on the tv was very high and wouldnt turn down at all says airport shuttle when you book but actually its just them offering to call you a cab at 2x the cost of an uber i tried to explain about the shower & minibar on checkout but the staff are really indifferent the guy made me wait for ages, resolved nothing and made me late to the airport the lack of transparency around pricing and the fact that they pre approved my credit card and then had all sorts hidden pricing in the room made the vibe feel kind of hostile

    OK but could have been better.

    Pros: Breakfast was amazing, and the overall design of the property is also great.
    Cons: Email communication never mentioned I had to pay in person.. we were gifted the room but found out when we tried to check in it wasnt actually paid for and it was just reserved.. .having then to pay myself for the room before they even let us park.. the attitude of the front desk person was rude and terrible (considering we mentioned this was our wedding night). Elevator is cool but was out of service by the time we checked out and no one helped us carry our bags down 3 flights of stairs.

    Great location but would not recommend

    Pros: Location, good but limited breakfast
    Cons: Unhelpful staff were unable to give us hot water at 945pm. Even when they were able to help, did so reluctantly. Additionally, room was v noisy with the air conditioning (or something in the pipes) from other rooms making noise all night long, making it difficult to sleep.
