    With and without Italians it is not possible to live :) Not value for money, expensive!

    Pros: During our stay, the main room that we reserved was newly renovated. It was close to Termini Station which is a reachable location.
    Cons: We (me and my wife) had the earliest check-in which we had to arrive at the hotel at midnight. Before our trip, I had several writings to the hotel administration but they informed me if there were any clean/free rooms they would allow us to check in. We arrived at the hotel where met a guy named Migeli who didn't speak English lan. (only a few words). As soon as we arrived after a long trip, he made us wait for two hours although I told him to pay extra money for 1 night's sleep. He made us wait and wait and wait then at 6-7 am, he gave us a room for 50 euro extra money (old fashioned dirty triple room ). But the good side of him was he gave us cookies, juice, and espresso :D

    Overall great location and hotel

    Pros: Breakfast was good. Room was nicely broken down for the 4 of us who stayed. Twin beds were great and in 2 rooms with the bathroom dividing.
    Cons: I was not able to lock the door from inside. We could close the door but no lock to ensure safety. We had door jams we could place under door to feel safe. 2 women stayed by themselves for the first night and saw no lock.

    Pros: Walking distance to Termini.
    Cons: The room was cold, also the corridors. There was a bad smell in the room, supposed from the canals. The hotel rooms are just part of the building, one or two floors. Very basic breakfast. The whole feeling wasn't pleasant.

    Due to the perfect location good choice for 1-2 nights.

    Pros: Perfect location, free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Simple breakfast, good start of the day.
    Cons: There were sewer smell in the room, we left the windows open during the day, and also we only were in the room to sleep, but the smell was worse after closing the window (we had to swich on the heating).

    Pros: Close proximity to Metro and some nice reasonably priced restaurants.
    Cons: Walls very thin could hear next room talking. No pressure in the shower!

    Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. A little problem with the water overflowing to the room was immediately racked by staff.

    Location made a positive difference and good value for money.

    Pros: The bed was very comfortable. Size of the room was good. Breakfast was nice they did have a good choice of food. The location was really good to the main station and the metro lines. Was easy to find from the station. The staff was friendly when we saw them.
    Cons: The bathroom was not separate from the bedroom. The shower was small for the space of the room as it would have been better the other end of the bath. Would have been better if the plug sockets didnt have the light switches on the same unit and more sockets to use. Would of been nice to know before we turned up that they was renovating the hotel instead of being woken up at 7am by the builders and having to wait to use the lift as they were using it to transport building materials. The outside of the hotel needed a face lift as it was very dated.
