    It was a family Holliday , our stay at the hotel was nice and the whole family enjoyed it .

    Pros: Very neat and clean environment . Its value for money , staff were polite and the rooms were cleaned daily .we also enjoyed the entertainment .
    Cons: The food could do with more variety especially for kids .

    Pros: the restaurant service, staff and foods are the best in this hotel as value for money, good bar service and drinks offer. the location is so good for a big hotel with pool, not far from the main center and beach with a 10 min walk.
    Cons: the Air conditionin in the room was too rumorous. the wi fi was unuable in high demand hours, the reception desk is poor for a 4 stars hotel, slow chek in and not any info regarding hotel or city main info. asking for assistance has been useless seen that no results. Room service, they jump to clean the room and not even advising at the reception before 12.00 am has solved the issue. the room remained undone.

    From best hotel experience to worst hotel experience

    Pros: We wanted to stay at Hotel California Palace again because we loved our stay the first time.
    Cons: From best hotel experience, to worst hotel experience. Very expensive 3 days. Small bed for long people. Light in the room was not good. Dirty room with sand under the bed. In the bathroom was a broken trashcan. Shower has a clogged drain so while showering water overflowing into the hall. First morging waking up to cleaning crew making noise at 6AM. The hotel trashbins under our balcony where open and it smelled terrible on our balcony. We asked for better room but did not get accommodated. Also the food at dinner and breakfast was not as good as I remembered. Waiting for 20 minutes coffee because 1 of the 2 coffee machines was not filled with coffee. Some salads and meat tasted old.

    Pros: The view and the bed is comfortable.
    Cons: Some other staff are not well oriented, they dont know how to respect the clients. And personally i dont see nor have expirienced the 4 star of the hotel. If i compare to the other hotel with 4 star this hotel is like a 2 star. Sorry for that.

    A overrun hotel wich I think will be worse during the busy summer.

    Pros: Location ok, staff looking very bored. My room was forgotten a couple of times by the cleaner, even after leaving the room around 9 and leaving the please clean my room sign on the door handle. Maybe because my room was at the end of the hallway.
    Cons: Staff, cleaning service, opening hours of the pool

    Superb

    Pros: Brilliant value for money, icouldent really pick any faults, food isnt great, but then for the price I couldn't really expect more. (I don't know how they can do it for the prices they charge). Place spotless,, and nearer the nicest part of Salou beach, by the Club Nautico, if you want more tourism a short walk away.
    Cons: Nothing , as I said before great value for money.

    Disappointed

    Pros: Hotel was clean and in easy reach of the beach and main strip without being in a noisy location. Pool area was spacious and we never had any trouble getting a sunbed.
    Cons: Food was very disappointing. After staying here numerous times pre-Covid we thought we knew what to expect. Unfortunately, the hotel was catering very much to the Spanish and there was no where near the amount of choice that they used to provide. Although we went half board we ate out 6 of the 8 nights we stayed because there wasnt anything we liked.
