    Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! Truly wonderful hotel with a lift, Syria (the hostess) was incredible and the breakfast was wonderful! Our ocation was perfect and it had a lift too for luggage.

    A great little hotel with charming atmosphere

    Pros: A great old school hotel, easily accessible with parking in the underground garage. A moments walk to the Basillica di Francesco. Close to many shops and food.
    Cons: Tends to be a little noisy as the hotel is located near the main road.

    It was wonderful!

    Pros: Whenever I am in Assisi, Hotel Berti is my choice. The location is perfect, across the street from the bus stop (but hidden, making it very charming), Also St, Francis Basilica is extremely close by and also it is across the street from the Abbey. The staff was very accommodating and friendly...and Syria makes a great cappuccino!!!
    Cons: Needs more hooks in bathroom (like all hotels in Italy).

    Pros: This is a wonderful, comfortable, clean and well managed 3 star hotel! The location is inside the Assisi wall, so when you open your shutters you look straight out over the city, the view is amazing! The facilities are exactly what you should expect in a 3 star hotel, very comfortable bed, good bathroom and TV when you want to relax. The staff are also amazing, so helpful and thoughtful, nothing is a trouble! They also make excellent coffee and a great breakfast! The location is just inside the City gate and 250 metres to St Franciss basilica, just perfect!
    Cons: Everything was good!

    Pros: Great location ,very friendly staff and good facilities.Breakfast very good. Lovely shaded terrace out front where breakfast could be taken or drinks served during the day. Very good value for money , a charming hotel. and really enjoyed the stay there.

    Hotel Berti superb value

    Pros: Really handy location near bus stop for the airport, but also near important Basilica of St Francis, St Peter's, restaurants and shops. Staff friendly and very helpful, delicious breakfast options, bedroom spotless. Tree-shaded tables in front of the hotel. Tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. Bidet/toilet/shower ensuite, with hair dryer.
    Cons: My bedroom was small but that was made clear in advance. The street cleaning lorry started early! The hotel is simple, modest and charming. I like it like that!
